Goode Plumbing is a top notch service provider from start to finish. Alex came out to do an estimate and took time to listen to my issue/concerns and offered multiple options in regards to cost and timeliness. Ian came out on two days with a different apprentice each day (David, Ashton). They were by far the most professional, respectful , and friendly young tradesmen that have ever passed through our home. Their attention to detail shows in the quality of their work. We will use Goode Plumbing again for future projects.

John Love (the plumber and owner) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We found him on Google bc of his good reviews- decided to give him a try- the reviews are accurate! John showed up on time, communication was clear throughout the process and he immediately found the old rotting pipe within the ceiling of our basement- it was very apparent he has a lot of experience working with older homes just like our 1916 Bungalow. He did a thorough job, kept the basement and work area spotless, even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with his job. After calling Apex about my hot water heater breakdown, Chas arrived within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through multiple options (including time & pricing) for repairs and replacement, all to be completed the same-day. After answering all my questions and agreeing on the best solution (installing a new water heater), Chas completed the project as quickly as possible and stayed at my home long enough to fully test the new hot water heater’s operation and all aspects of the installation, explaining every part of the process along the way and obtaining my approval first before making a minor and low cost change to the initial plan. Chas made sure to leave my home as clean (really cleaner) as when he arrived, and the final cost was almost exactly the same as the original estimate. I’m a very satisfied customer and will definitely use Apex for future plumbing projects.

You couldn't fine nicer people to do business with. I had a concern with my city sewer pipes . I thought it might be damaged. All Star Plumming set up a city inspector and camera inspection as well . Honestly their prices for this service was the least of all the other services. The service was quick and very efficient.
