Best Water Pressure in Chicago IL

Nathan did a terrific job replacing my hot water heater. He took the time to answer all my questions and to do a thorough professional installation. Baethke is certainly not the cheapest plumbing company around. But if you want a quality job done right the first time with no aggravation, sometimes it is worth the extra expense. You can’t go wrong with Nathan and Baethke from a quality point of view.

In all of my interactions with Rocket Plumbing, they have always been very thorough and professional. I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor for their next plumbing job.

Chas was punctual, polite and very thorough in fixing 2 toilets in our house. He knew exactly what to do and when he didn’t have the replacement part in his van, he went to the store to pick it up. The only good thing with this company is Rita in customer service. She was able to get me earlier appt then what was scheduled and very friendly. For someone who doesn't know much abt water heaters and being a 1st time home homeowner the explanation on what needed to be done was terrible. I got a price amount that would included removal of old tank, installing new tank with parts and draining of water and cleanups...$1900. well the water was coming out my old tank something terrible so I ask if they can come and remove old tank. Sure I was told for a fee of $650 so I let them remove old tank. well u would think if I decided too go ahead and let them installed new tank that some kind of deduction from $1900 would be in place. NOPE. they still was asking $1900 just to install but no removal.i was was very disappointed. Not helping me to understand the process on what needed to be done plus the in and outs on the process on how the water tank works was also disappointing.

We hired him to repair the downspout pipe and water service line leak in the patio. They did a good job and came back to adjust the shut off valve after the patio paver was restored.

Excellent job well done. I called Sam's Plumbing because I was having problems with a running toilet that was driving me nuts. Not only plumber fixed the toilet,he fixed the hot water heater as well.The toilet is fixed and the hot water is working again, very professional, great price. I will use again. Satisfied customer

Don’t really take time to write reviews but this company deserves it . Mike was very profesional and answered every single question I had . They gave me a proposal weeks prior and I contacted them 3 weeks after and they picked up the phone on me every single time. Other company’s would not pick up the phone on me and after leaving voicemails never got one call back. If you’re serious about getting a job professionally done these guys are it , no hassles and if they say the job will be done, it will .He had Dan & Don with him as well , they were always respectful and never stopped working , Great guys . These guys did a fantastic job . I would not waste my time with others company’s depending on hope . I had a new septic system installed on the property in which they promised they will have a complete in five days and in which they kept there promise .

Can't say enough good things about the experience. Had an ejector pump that failed after hours. I called Loves Plumbing and Sewer and John Love (owner which was unbeknownst to me at the time) answered the phone, was patient with my questions, and highly knowledgeable in his responses. John came out early the next morning, fixed the problem and walked me through the work being performed. Thanks John for all the help and will be using you for all of our plumbing and sewer needs going forward.

Pleasant experience working with Greg. He’s very knowledgeable and listens to his clients needs. Clean cuts on the ceramic tile wall resulting in less work needed to drywall by a handyman.

We had a totally collapsed catch basin by our patio, so Chuck at APEX came out and looked at it. They had rebuilt it in two days, even though it was raining hard the first day. I highly recommend APEX, and they they left the worksite spotless.

Matt quoted me the exact price I paid. My water heater was in the basement and was not an emergency replacement - by any stretch, but was leaking. I called him, just before the Holidays, and he worked his schedule as best he could considering the Holidays and running as an independent contractor. I would call Matt again in a heat beat!

Had a really good experience with All Star Plumbing. Mike was the guy who worked the job Had to get deep into the wall behind the sink but managed to do the job without breaking any tile. Quick and quality work.

Hands down best plumber I ever had. They installed a water drip pan under my washer and water heater. Very reasonable pricing and they finished on time, Henry even went the extra mile and hooked up my dryer vent even though it was not part of the service. I would definitely call savior plumbers again next time!
