The service was absolutely excellent . The technicians diagnosed and repaired several problems with 2 toilets and cleaned a drain. The also reset our sump pumps so they could be viewed on our phones. They checked all plumbing in the house as part of our yearly maintenance agreement, and found 2 leaky faucets, and the need for a back flow inspection. I could not be more grateful. I highly recommend Bathke plumbing. And their new logo is fabulous— call them for maintenance and repair!

VanDerBosch replaced the antiquated steam boiler for our six-unit condo building. They conducted a comprehensive evaluation of our heating system, found the best equipment for the circumstances and our budget, and provided a detailed estimate. The technicians were very professional and -- most importantly -- were patient in answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Friendly, competent and fair prices

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

I called as I needed work done on a house I was selling, they were able to come out within the next couple days and resolve the issue quickly. They cleaned up after and write up a detailed receipt so I could provide this to the people buying my house. I was thrilled that they were able to do this as fast as they were and were very honest and up front as to what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost. This lead to no surprises and a happy customer!

We had just moved to a new home and the garbage disposal was not functioning. The sink was backing up and there was a bunches of dishes, pots and pans that needed to be washed before being put away. I called Apex, told them my problem and three hours later Chas, the owner’s son, showed up. Chas fixed it and explained the disposal had been seized by rust or jammed. He quickly taught me how to fix it if it happened again and left a Allen wrench-like key for me to do so. Great service and attitude! We use these guys for everything and would absolutely recommend you do as well.

He worked quick and efficiently and made sure to not only get the resolution down but he also helped educate me on the underlying problems and how I can do this quick and easily next time. Mike and Dan are very knowledgeable and honest! We were having problems with our sump pump . They came explained problem and fixed it quickly. I never recommend people, but I would definitely recommend them!

A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!

Ben did a great job and was very friendly. Showed up exactly on time and replaced our moldy water heater in a few short hours. Everything done in one visit. They cleaned up after themselves and were very informative.

I am pleased with the services I have received to date from Full Circle Plumbing. I had hired a general contractor that was paid to do work and did not complete it. Matt and Eddy not only did the work that wasn't done, they were professional and completed my work for a fair price which allowed.
