They did a very thorough job doing the full plumbing inspection of our house and gave us some very informative feedback so we could make decisions on what to do. The work was all done really well, explained well and we feel better knowing all the plumbing in our house is in good condition. I think the yearly plumbing inspection is a great idea and I like how we get updates on the arrival of the technician and a picture of them so we know exactly what to expect.

Aiden and Chuck just did a water valve replacement & pipe repair on our condo assoc main water valve. They came within 45 minutes of us calling them to quote us, and were able to accommodate next day service to repair & replace our water valve that wasn't turning off. What we paid was exactly what they quoted us, we felt they were honest with the work needed to be done and did not charge for anything we didn't really needed done - unlike some other companies who quoted us. On advice of my condo mgmt. I phoned Kuhn Plbg. to replace my toilets American Standard toilet water tnak but wa told they would have to replace the whole toilet with another make of toilet at a cost of about $265 plus a labor charge and I said okay as long as the cost didn't exceed $600 and they agreed and set the installation for 9/4/1. Two young men arrived and installed te work in less tan 70 minutes and began to prepare what appeared as a bill and when I asked about it thy just left and presented me with nothing, I called my credit card company that and the next day bu they had no billing from Kuhn. On 9/11/13 I received a bill in letter form for$827.75 and immediately called the office but was informed the owner would not be in until 9/15 or 9/16. Indicated to the female receptionist the mistakes and over charge in th bill & asked why billing was over $225 more than I had indicated I could afford. She said Mr Kuhn would contact me.

The technician was great. He was at my house when he said he would be. He just had to change out a service line to the stool. I guessed a 15 minute job and he was done in under 5. The service was quick and professional. He answered all questions and was in no hurry to leave until I was satisfied. He also took the time to put ID tags on all of the main water lines in the house and gave some suggestions to keep everything in tip top shape. If I ever need a plumber again, it will be Sam's Plumbing And Rodding.
