Best Toilets Plumbing in Chicago IL

My toilet was badly clogged. The gentleman was super professional and friendly. He assessed the issue and gave me advice of how to prevent it happening in the future. He was super thorough and checked the toilet was unclogged by flushing several times with paper. I could have twirled him around I was so happy it was working again! Thank you ?

We called more than a week ago to get an appointment. Appointment day comes, appointment window closes, neither hide nor hair of anyone from this company. I tried calling them in the last 15 minutes of the appt window, and the exceedingly rude answering service simply asks, Is your appointment window done yet? Well no. Then call back after it's past and no one shows up. Worthless. Call again after the window passes, I'm on hold for 10 minutes, same lady answers and tells us the service person will call. 20 more minutes he calls to tell us he never had a ticket with us. Now I have to wait until Monday for THEM to call ME back, most likely to wait another week for an appt. Nothing during the week of course because they have banker's hours and it costs time and a half for anything after 5pm, you know, when most people are home and available. The available 24 hours is a lie, anything outside of banker's hours will cost you an arm and a leg. Worthless. Save yourself time and frustration, find another company.

5 stars! Plumber expert Mike Koonce quickly assessed the problem source of my basement drain that recently backed up, and rodded out my plugged sewer line. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding their craft. Very happy with the service I received and would certainly them again.

A few days ago I contacted Mike from Full Circle Plumbing & Sewer. He came out to our association in Lakeview as was fantastic! He was cordial & friendly not just over the phone, but in person. He was on-time, and, he wanted to ensure he got the lay of the land as he assessed our issue - wasn't cocky as though he knew everything. His experience, patience & professionalism showed as he took the time to explain our issue in layman's terms, but not in a condescending manner. I felt comfortable with him & strongly advise anyone to contact Mike to any of your plumbing needs!

I called Roto-rooter company and one other company to replace all the cooper pipe in my two flat building and their prices were too high.
I called Mike's plumbing they came the same day and they explained everything and I was feeling very confident with them, they started the work right away and finished on the time promised. I am very happy with his rate and services. I highly recommend him.

Quickly quoted an installed price on an instantaneous water heater. Price was competitive with other companies. They installed the heater the next business day. Came on time. Professional installation. Price that was quoted was the final price I paid. I could not be more pleased with the whole job.

Juan did an excellent job both times I used him. He diagnosed and repaired a leak in my bathroom and did a great job explaining the issue.
Recently my basement flooded and he showed up in 45 mins with no notice to clear the clog and tell me what caused it.
