I reached out to Apex Plumbing & Sewer Inc. a few days ago for two clogged drains in my building. What was explained to me as a routine rodding quickly turned into a flooded kitchen and water damage to my basement.

Apex refuses to accept responsibility for the water damages caused by their technician ($1,700) and instead offered me a credit of $150. I refused their offer and will be perusing alternative means of compensation for their damage.

I was fortunate enough to take video and photo evidence of damages at the time of the accident and will use them to help defend myself. In addition, I made sure the technician documented the water damage in the plumbers report.

I believe that a competent plumber would have understood of this risk while the work was being preformed, explained this risk to a homeowner, and provide an opportunity for the homeowner to accept the risk before beginning the work.

Very disappointed in this company If you have an appointment come on time not 1 hour before or after your appointment. When you arrive ring the door bell or knock on the door. Leaving your business card on the door and taking a picture does nothing but cover your @ss.

Kuhn Plumbing has been our plumber for years. They are very responsive, getting someone out in a couple of hours (for a non-emergent issue). They gave dispatch updates and Mike arrived at the stated time with mask in place. Since reading our file history of a potentially complicated water heater, they sent one of their more experienced plumbers who fixed it without any difficulty. He also checked with the manufacturer to be sure there wasn't another nuance. Then Mike explained the problem and how to fix it in the future. Professional and friendly throughout. But wow, John and his team are honest, professional, thorough, and do incredible work. Bad service. I called on February 1st around 6:30AM because a pipe froze and cracked. I shut off the water line and called Apex. The lady said someone would be over. Around 8:30AM I called again to make sure someone would still show up and the lady said I would receive a call from the plumber 30 minutes prior arriving. It's been already over a week and NEVER got a response. I got it fix the same day but now I know I can't rely on this company.

Have a large tree in parkway with my sewer line under it. Have used Bubba and Wayne for over ten years for a once a year cleaning. Gas line replacement crew in fall used cameras in everyone’s sewer , saw lots of roots . Now twice a year cleaning, we have old clay pipes and they are careful . Also had them repair mortar in catch basin. We also get senior discount

Hands down best plumber I ever had. They installed a water drip pan under my washer and water heater. Very reasonable pricing and they finished on time, Henry even went the extra mile and hooked up my dryer vent even though it was not part of the service. I would definitely call savior plumbers again next time!
