Best Sump And Ejector Pumps in Chicago IL

We have used Rocket no less than half a dozen times over the last few years for our condo in downtown Chicago. They have repaired everything from leaking shower pans (which required cutting out part of the downstairs ceiling & multiple visits to resolve the source issue) to replacing a failing ejector pump. Always on time, efficient, professional and easy to deal with - we call them first for any plumbing issues and have referred to friends as well. Very disappointed. After seeing all the great Google reviews, I was looking forward to his visit today. He didn't show up at 7am as promised nor did he respond to my text and voicemail. I used the phone number listed on his Google page. Maybe something occurred but he should have called me and let me know. That is just good business!

Came down the same day . Fixed my water heater within 20 mins I had hot water again. Price was great. Henry did a awesome guy. Will hire again !

They saved us and fixed a drain under our house that was clogged by a root. They were out within 2 hours and everything was fixed in another 2 hours. They also explained everything to me so now we know what to do so the problem doesn't happen again!

Had a serious sewer issue last week . John came over very quickly. He assessed the issue and started work the next day. It was a multi day job and his team worked as fast and efficiently as possible to get the job done right. He also helped me navigate with the insurance company to get a quick reimbursement.

Hi! I unfortunately had two separate plumbing incidents that required their service. Plumbing is one of things where when it goes bad, it goes real bad! It is so hard to find a reliable and honest plumbing company. Bubba & Wayne was recommended to us by a friend; It was a great recommendation. Placed a call on a Sunday and they returned my call first thing Monday morning. (This was not an emergency). I loved the fact that they always communicated with us. Kudos to their very sweet receptionist. There was no wondering if they were going to call us back or when they would show up. We had four gentlemen who solved our problem.
