I was hesitant at first because of the distance between my home in the Western suburbs and where they're located in the city, however, they made it work! I had a sewer line backup last night where dirty water was coming up my basement toilet and running over the brim. The water came up over the brim half hour after I had given up plunging for the previous hour the water that didn't go down, hence my clue as to why the main sewer line was backed up.

I reached out to someone there. The dispatcher gave me a call back immediately. He scheduled a time and told me to expect a call from Mike. Mike gave me a call shortly after and told me he'd be here by the top of the hour. He and his partner, Peter, was 15 minutes early. I appreciated that.

I wanted to learn about what he was doing, as I like learning new things. He didn't mind me standing there and asking questions and did so with a great attitude and a smile. In about an hour or so, he was able to not only rod out space for water to flow to the sewer, but he was able to run a tool down the line to clear the four or five root balls out of the line. He ran a camera to confirm what was down there before removing them and he ran a camera after.

The bill was right, but I've also always understood the perspective of quality and value over quantity, as previous plumbers just rodded the pipe, which is simply a band-aid to cover a bigger issue, whereas Rocket Plumbing provided the quality and value. Along with what I paid, there is a two year warranty to warrant their work in case I need them to come out to resolve the same matter.

Needed a sewer backup prevention system installed. Upon recommendation from a neighbor, I called Rob West Plumbing. I was able to speak with Rob right away, and the next day he came to the house to talk about what system might work best for my needs. We settled on a system and a price, and the work started the next day. Upon completion, the project came in at the agreed on price.

His crew was polite, professional, and got the work complete on time. One thing I liked about dealing with this company was the fact that there was a constant line of communication with Rob, the owner of the business.

I will use this company for any future plumbing needs.

I went downstairs to do a load of laundry and noticed water & some type of backup all over my laundry room, utility room and wet carpet inbetween. I didn't know where to start and gave Apex a call. If there were 10 stars Eric would definitely get all 10! I was in desperate need of a good and reasonable plumber so I started googling. I came across Eric the plumber along with two others. Amazing service! Multi-unit condo and commercial building had a sewer clog and it wasn't at all clear where the access point to the sewer was. Nate was soooo helpful and thorough in trying to get access to the sewer and get our issue resolved! He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! The technician was great. He was at my house when he said he would be. He just had to change out a service line to the stool. I guessed a 15 minute job and he was done in under 5. The service was quick and professional. He answered all questions and was in no hurry to leave until I was satisfied. He also took the time to put ID tags on all of the main water lines in the house and gave some suggestions to keep everything in tip top shape. John Love and his team quickly stepped in to diagnose and repair multiple breaks in my main sewer line. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt, thorough, and incredibly conscientious of not causing a disturbance to my tenants. The price was fair and the work was quickly completed -including the permit process.
