Best Sump Pump Repairs in Chicago IL

We had a 50 gallon water heater that died. We were planning on going through Home Depot outsourcing but they said they couldn’t do the project due to space and said the best solution that they could offer was to downsize to a 29.5 gallon tank. We called John and he said not a problem. Came earlier than expected, did the entire project without any issues and they were able to still use a 50 gallon tank. They found an issue with a dryer vent too and they handled it on the spot. Quick, effective, and extremely pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend and plan on using again in the future if something comes up.

This company just wants your money and wants to keep coming back to “fix” the issue and charge you more money to make quick fixes, and then when the problem persists, they’ll come back and charge you to make another quick fix. Either they don’t know how to diagnose the root cause of the problem, or they want to keep coming back to milk the problem for all the money they can. Either way, when confronted about it, they got defensive and didn’t try to make it right. Buyer beware. Charged $400 for same day toilet auger and clearing. (Roto rooter will do same service for much less and with a 2 hour turnaround). Then, when the issue came back two days later the came back for no additional charge to auger again but charged $100 parts and labor to change a $40 part that was sitting in their truck. The issue came back again, and by this point it’s clear they don’t want to actually resolve the actual issue, but want to come back and charge parts and labor to “fix” another aspect or to charge the price of a toilet to replace the toilet, when it should have probably been done the first time. I was hoping to use this service for some larger projects I have coming up in the future, but I don’t think First Chicago plumbing is a match. Two stars because they did actually call back and were on time and followed up during the service to explain what they were doing and again after it was done.

I call Eric The Plumber after calling two other Plumbers for my bathroom tub faucet that was leaking. The other two Plumbers told me that i had to put in a new shower fixture and was not true because i looked it up.i found Eric The Plumber on the internet and looked at his reviews and all where good, so i called him and when came and looked at my tub he told me i only need to replace the stem on the hot side to stop the leak he replaced the stem in no time and the leak was done . He is a very honest Plumber and prices are very fair and up front i will be calling him for all of my plumbing needs.

After waiting a full day for another company to even respond to give an estimate for a malfunctioning water heater, Juan from Go-Rooter came out within 25 minutes. Then came back the next day to complete the work and did a great job. Price may be a bit on the higher side, but with an issue like this (being without hot water for 2 full days), the timely service and quality was definitely worth it for me. I think I've found a new local plumbing company I can trust, contact them with confidence.

This is a bad plumbing outfit. They charge extremely high prices for a less than adequate job -- they don't look for solutions and borderline rude in trying to figure out what to do about 'grey area' type problems. Poor experience overall! Not using again!

This company is by far superior to all others -- Have you ever had a company come out and waive the service fee because he saw it was a senior (87 years old) woman who had no heat because the boiler was on its last leg? This is what Mr. Burris did -- EVEN MORE, he referred her to a social service agency to get her help in replacing the boiler! Who can beat that?

Mike and Miguel came out and replaced my P-Trap. They did an excellent job, they were very professional, cleaned up after themselves left no dirt behind at all. and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely use their services again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.
