I had a nasty leak under my kitchen sink and Bruce (2930) from Roto Rooter helped to not only fix the leak, but also replaced my newly purchased kitchen faucet. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct from the repair process all the way to the payment details. He was very polite and communicated everything he was doing to resolve my issues. Because it was such a simple fix he also helped reduce the cost. Roto Rooter should be very proud to have someone as courteous and helpful as Bruce. I would recommend him to my friends and family! I almost forgot to mention - this was all on a Saturday, and if you are like me you know how difficult it is to have someone come out on a Saturday and not be charged Emergency rates. Vanguard replaced my faucet and upgraded the stop valves. I called them two days ago and after they sent the quote, I accepted it last night and they came out the next morning. I appreciated their promptness. I don't necessarily have a problem with waiting but their lightning fast turnaround was a huge plus. I was a bit taken aback by the price, but then again I haven't needed a plumber in a long time so maybe my expectations were outdated. But I do feel that I got high quality, professional service.

I did not understand why my colleagues insisted on this company when I needed referrals from them. It was until they took care of my concern last Wednesday when I believed that they are the best plumbers in the city.

Everything went really smoothly and promptly with this plumber. I did not have to wonder why they were not getting back to me to discuss my project, as I have has to do so many other times with so many other plumbers. The representative was very organized, prompt, and courteous and even covered his shoes inside my house which was a really positive compromise between the fact that it's my living space and his working space. A couple months ago my husband was out of town for work and during a rain storm I noticed my gutter drain was clogged up really bad causing water to buildup in our gangway next to our home. Called my husband, he told me to call Apex. Chaz the owner's son came out and got the clog cleared right away. He was really easy to deal with and really good with our crazy dog Wilma. I would definitely use this company again in the future if I needed anything plumbing related.

Had a plumbing issue and they kept delaying on when they would show up for our appointment all day. The last time they said oh we couldn't get there until 8:00 p.m. is that okay and we said sure that's fine we just wanted to get this handled and then they never showed up and never called or texted after that. Terrible service.
