I can't bring to express how happy and pleased I've been with Rescue Plumbing! I had basement flooding that 5, yes 5 other plumbers could not figure out. I ended up needing major inside and outside plumbing work done to fix the issues. I worked with Pete and Noah and throughout this process and they were quick, accurate, professional. They have done the job and done it right and I finally don't have to worry every time it rains if my basement will flood or not. I know it will not flood now and I'm thrilled.

Jeff was a consummate professional when it came to helping out with a leak from our upstairs neighbors shower. He helped identify and proposed solutions for my problems. I also really appreciated him taking the time to help me fully understand the leak and what steps moving forward.

Rescue Plumbing is great, and Logan and Djenkis are terrific! I called them with a semi-urgent plumbing issue, and they were able to fit me in right away. They were on time, professional and worked quickly to clear my drain. They patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. We used Loves Plumbing for an extensive renovation project and we can't say enough great things about the work that was done. We had a BIG project and lived in the house while the project took place, which can obviously make for a stressful experience. John was tremendously helpful in making sure we were taken care of throughout the project even going out of his way to text and follow up with us on nights and weekends to ensure we were managing ok. John was timely, honest, straight forward and was great to work with; he is our recommendation to friends and family.

I contacted PSP regarding an issue with my sump pump. Pablo was able to arrive the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and also clearly cares about the work that he does. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me a few suggestions to help prevent problems in the future. He also left the work area clean an tidy, which was much appreciated. Definitely recommended!

He has extensive knowledge about any plumbing works. During the last service, he also took the time to look at a separate plumbing issue I was having and made some recommendations for that. I would definitely recommend him .

I’ve worked with both Dmitry and Lenny. They are both very professional and straightforward about what the issue is and how to fix it. They are quick to respond to calls and were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. I hope I don’t have any plumbing issues anytime soon but I will call them if I do.
