Just a great level of service from Chas and the Apex team. Called them on Thursday to get someone to come look at my garbage disposal and dishwasher, scheduled a time, got a call saying they were available earlier than that slot if I was free, and came by as soon as I confirmed. Seemed like a reasonable rate. Definitely recommend them.

As consumers, we only call a plumber if we re canoeing in our basements or having to buy a submarine to traverse the house -thus we are certainly in no position to barter or negotiate when calling for emergency plumbing service. Juan Zarate is what all plumbers should attempt to aspire to. He is by far, one of the most conscientious human beings I have ever met and that is only exceeded by his honesty. Not only does he solve your immediate plumbing problem, he explains what needs to be done to maintain your pipes, clearly, concisely and at a price you can afford. His work is top notch, he is prompt and professional. In my instance, I was taking heavy water from our recent heavy rains in my basement. I called Juan at 7:00 A.M., he was at my house by 8, and my problem was solved by 9:15 -where else in THIS city can you get such service, AND peace of mind? Terrible, unethical, and dishonest business. Hired them to repair a leaky toilet. They inspected and gave me a quote and began work. 20 minutes later they called me to check out the toilet and said it was broken, with hairline cracks at the base of the toilet. There were no cracks prior to their working on it. Owner refused to replace the toilet or resolve the issue. Do not engage with this business.

We needed to have a plumber on call for a very important event. Robin and the team were wonderful and helped us every step of the way to ensure we were ready if anything happened. I appreciate the team and will be using them again in the future.

I am a property manager, and I had a backup at a property which caused the hot water tanks to go out leaving my tenants without hot water. Just has Burris &son fixed two problems that other plumbing companies wanted to charge me over $1200. They fixed both issues with in hour an it only cost me $350. He's honest, hard working and it was a blessing for me.

I had a gangway sewer plugged up and backing up Water. They rodded the main pipe from roots of a tree in the pipes. It cost $425.00 the person stated he rooted out the pipes to the street. It did not fix the problem. They stated they do not guarantee to fix the problem. They said to try to fix the problem would be another $1200.00. Again no guarantees. They try to fix the problem by trial and error. Not very happy with this company.

We used Loves for a leak in a pipe that was causing damage in our living room. I can’t say enough great things about the work that was completed. Our phone call was quickly responded to on a Saturday. He answered all our questions and explained as he worked. He protected all the surface areas in the work area and cleaned up after he completed the job. He was thorough and tested and retested until he was sure the problem was fixed. I highly recommend Loves Plumbing & Sewer!
