The technician Alli was very intelligent friendly and professional. He deserved 5 stars. Just wish customer service would have called me to say the technician won't be there in the 4 hour time-frame I was told he'd arrive. The customer should not have to keep calling to get an update.

Replaced all my fixtures and drains, a bathroom vanity and repaired the water main without opening the cement floor, as other plumbers said was required. Emergency leak of home hot water heater was professionally repaired in a timely fashion. We were satisfied with the service provided and would definitely recommend this company. for similar repairs.

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

Great emergency service! Gas company shut our gas off due to a natural gas leak. We requested emergency service from Apex and they were at our house within 45 minutes. Plumber pressure tested the system, located the leak and made the repair. Apex had our gas and heat running in no time.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

After waiting a full day for another company to even respond to give an estimate for a malfunctioning water heater, Juan from Go-Rooter came out within 25 minutes. Then came back the next day to complete the work and did a great job. Price may be a bit on the higher side, but with an issue like this (being without hot water for 2 full days), the timely service and quality was definitely worth it for me. I think I've found a new local plumbing company I can trust, contact them with confidence.

TOTAL CON ARTISTS......A few months ago after an unusually hard rain storm my basement sewer started backing up so I needed to get my mainline roded out, the first thing I did was to go online and research different plumbing company's looking for one that was reasonably priced and professionally licensed.I read all the reviews and called a number of companies All Pro Plumbing had the lowest price of any company I had called $150.00 for a sewer system rod out so I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment they came out on the date and time of appointment actually 10 minutes earlier than they said they would. The 2 plumbers who came out went to my basement where my sewer clean out was located and upon seeing the clean out said they couldn't access the mainline from that location so they walked around the parameter of the house and decided they could rod the mainline from the gutter spout on the side of the house which I thought was odd because I have never heard of anyone doing before but I'm not a plumber so I went along with what they wanted to do to resolve my sewer problem. The guys pulled the riding machine out of the truck and began to rod the line in less then 5 minutes one of the guys pulls the snake out of the gutter hole and tells me that I have roots in my mainline and that I would need to get my sewer dug up and replaced and that it would cost me $3500.00 to do the job,I wasn't happy but I didn't want raw sewage coming up in my sewer every time it rained so I made an appointment for them to come out the next week.....they wrote out an estimate of the work and what they would do on the company's letter head with there address and phone number so me being the type of person I am I started investigating the company before I spent $3500.00 I went to the citys web site to look for there license and bonding info and there wasn't any record of them then I went to the better business bureau site and couldn't find any records of All Pro plumbing on Indianapolis blvd so I got suspicious I mean I cant just hand $3500.00 over to someone with out a way to guarantee the work so I got in my car and drove to the address on the estimate and it was a UPS package store AKA a post office box not an actual plumbing company that's when I knew there was no way in hell I was giving them $3500.00. Long story short I called Roto Rotors and for $400.00 I got my sewer roded out and didnt need my sewer line torn out and replaced it was a con job.....Even thoe I paid All Pro Plumbing $150.00 for nothing and had to turn around and pay Roto Rotor $400.00 I didnt pay $3500.00 so I learned a lesson for $150.00 .Always do your research and trust your gut instinct.

I had a really good experience working with Pete and Noah on a clog and catch basin cleanout at my condo building. They're professional and showed up on time. Pete is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. We'll be calling them again to help us with future projects for sure!

Pete and his son Noah took out the largest hair clog I’ve ever seen and were in and out in 30 minutes. A bit on the expensive side compared to other plumbing companies I reached out to but better to pay once and have it done right then to pay twice.

I needed to replace my kitchen undermount sink and faucet on a granite countertop. I called Rescue Plumbing and Pete and Noah were able to come over the next day.
After an evaluation they told me everything I needed to know and what my options were and quoted a price for the job.
I decided to get it done right away and so they did. I am very pleased with the outcome and Pete and Noah were very nice.
I would totally recommend them and I’ll definitely call them in the future if needed.

They Installed a new system in April but we had never used the heat until last late night. It did not task and when I contacted around 8:30 this am they set up to come out by or before noon. He came at 10:00. friendly and proceeded outside to check the unit. Found the problem and fixed it within ten minutes. After asking if there was anything else he could help us with went on to his next call. recommend.

Great sewer expert. Our condo building needs regular service to our catch basin and drain system, which they normally do for us. We just had a sewer line break and a sinkhole was developing in our yard. Mike and Chris were able to fix quickly. They are very responsive.

My under sink hot water dispenser quit working. After receiving an outrageously high quote from another plumbing company (Bishop Plumbing rates are beyond ridiculous - about 4X) , I was lucky enough to find Apex. The owner answered the phone and dispatched someone for the next day. The next day was a huge snow storm, but they followed up first thing in the morning and actually showed up while most of the city was shut down. John, the technician did a great job, was very personable and the fee was very reasonable. This is the way it should work!
