Although I am a happy customer of Rocket Plumbing the reason that compelled me to leave a review is to acknowledge Mike McSweeny specifically who has now helped me twice. Each time my issues were urgent and he made a point to squeeze me in. Also, before he starts a service he explains what he’s about to do and *why* to make sure I am comfortable. He also presents different options to handle a situation and gives his personal recommendation for what would be best for my situation. In all, he’s a really great guy who makes it a point to do great work when people need him the most. Although no one wants plumbing issues I am happy to know I have Rocket Plumbing, and Mike McSweeny specifically, available to provide prompt and fair service!

Came out and helped us after the deep Chicago freeze. Clearly communicated when he would be able to come and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Very polite and easy mannered. And a very reasonable price for the services. Would definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs.

Professional and timely

We had two plumbing companies come out to give us an estimate on a job. Benjamin from Apex was extremely professional and courteous and provided an estimate extremely quickly. The second company came out and we asked them a few questions about what Benjamin had told us and they were completely unable to answer they also didn’t provide a timely estimate. Apex and Benjamin are excellent plumbers and business people as they get the job done with the upmost professionalism. Additionally, I was home with a newborn baby who was a little fussy and Benjamin had a tip on how to hold her to calm her down. Thanks, Apex and Benjamin!

By far the best service experience in 25 years of home ownership. Pablo and his company are prompt, courteous and remarkably efficient! They just recently came out on the New Year holiday weekend. One call and one service trip and the problem was resolved. They have even walked me through fixes over the phone to stop emergency problems. My family and all my tenants are so grateful for this company!
