Nathan did a terrific job replacing my hot water heater. He took the time to answer all my questions and to do a thorough professional installation. Baethke is certainly not the cheapest plumbing company around. But if you want a quality job done right the first time with no aggravation, sometimes it is worth the extra expense. You can’t go wrong with Nathan and Baethke from a quality point of view.

We noticed a leak under our 20-year-old water heater. Jan analyzed our problem from pictures and sent a repair crew that replaced the old heater. We are very satisfied with their work.

Reached out for a sewer inspector and they got back to me the same day. We were able to get something scheduled ASAP! Will be using them again :)

Chicago Quality Plumbing is terrific. Edwin is highly skilled, prompt, communicative and most of all, honest. I live in a 110 year old character house. Friendly, competent and fair prices

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

My husband thought he lost his ring down the drain so I called Apex late on a Wednesday night: I spoke to Chas and he talked me through the process of opening the drain myself and checking, so I could avoid the 150$ fee! The nozzle of my kitchen faucet broke off from the hose embedded in its base, rendering the kitchen sink unusable. Lou from J. Blanton Plumbing came to my door the next day at the scheduled time and spent about 5 minutes under the sink to dislodge and extend the hose from the base. He then showed me where the plastic thread from the nozzle was broken, and how easy it would be to screw in a replacement nozzle. He said that if he went out to the Faucet Shoppe and got the replacement part himself, he’d have to charge me hundreds of dollars for his time. Instead, he advised me to go get it and install it myself, which I later accomplished with ease. He ended up charging me nothing for his visit. What’s more, Lou was exceedingly warm, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended!

We've used Loves Plumbing & Sewer a few times (severely clogged toilet, new water heater, new sump/ejector and a leaking pipe above our kitchen) and have been VERY happy! John is very straightforward and honest - a master of his craft. We truly appreciate what he has done. We would highly recommend Loves Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing and/or sewer work!

I give them 3 stars for being prompt and coming right away after I had an issue and finding it, but quoted me $295 to unclog/rod kitchen sink????? I do realize plumbers are expensive and used major plumbing companies before, but sorry this is a rip off amount. I have never paid over $179 for this type of service, to rod sink drain or bathroom drain.

I woke up to a busted shower that wouldn't shut off. I called Matt, and he answered immediately, arrived quickly, and diagnosed/fixed the problem on the spot. Suffice it to say - I will be calling Full Circle for all of my future plumbing needs.

I rate Mr. Ed a four star for excellent service.
