I will make this full disclosure: I did not hire this company. I did contact them gave him issue, which was to replace an existing garbage disposal under sink. I was quoted $300 for 60 minutes of work. I researched further and used Home Advisor that same job was completed for $139 total time to complete 1 hour 10 minutes. Consumers we have to be diligent!!

Got them to come quote for a blocked outside drain. Had to discuss the quote with my husband, while this discussion happened the second contractors to come give a quote arrived and CS&DP told them that they are doing the job. Unprofessional to say the least, if you are price competitive then why do you chase away other contractors?

It is greatly appreciated that he takes following COVID-19 protocols seriously (this was a concern I had with having someone enter my home, but this was not a problem at all with Mike). Every winter the big old maple tree in front sends its sap down into the roots and some of those roots grow into our sewer line, which means a clean-out every January or February.
