Fast and efficient!

Needed new garbage disposal unit due to leak. Vanguard asked for pictures in advance to assess the space and set up. They deducted a potential issue with the piping and how that would impact the performance of the water discharge of the unit. Pipes were too high, allowing water to sit in the unit. Could rust and cause unit to fail faster. They presented options. Once on site they saw they could flip discharge with dishwasher, which had proper pipe level. Very happy that they provided options and potential issues and not just show up and swap out a new unit. I paid more for the extra work - but it was done right.

We've used First Chicago a couple times. Back in May, our sump pump died during some heavy rain. First Chicago was able to get out that day, and put in a new solid sump pump at a good price. They were very consultative, and walked me through what they were seeing with our new house. They also tested out our backup and showed me that it had died. We liked them so much that we had them come back recently to install a new backup sump pump system. Again, they were great to work with this time as well (shout out to Martin for the great work.) Will definitely use these guys for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

Great service experience

We had an urgent need to have our main drain cleared. Go-rooter responded the same day, and were out in less than 24 hours to perform the service. They used cameras to show us the problem and video to demonstrate the resolution. They were professional yet friendly. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I’ve worked with both Dmitry and Lenny. They are both very professional and straightforward about what the issue is and how to fix it. They are quick to respond to calls and were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. I hope I don’t have any plumbing issues anytime soon but I will call them if I do.

Adam and Hector were the best. I had to have a gas line moved and the original person that came out said they couldn’t do the job without tearing up my cabinets, they were able to install a new line in a timely manner and without destroying my whole kitchen.
