Best Sewer Ejector Pump Services in Chicago IL

Someone called me representing the company and said they must get 300 dollars right then over the phone, before they came out. I asked could I give cash when the worker arrived and was told no he needed a credit card payment now over the phone. This made me very uncomfortable and not want to work with this company. Why would I give money before anyone even arrive? I could have gave cash or called and paid when he got here. I don't know him to trust once he get my information he was going to arrive and how would I have gotten a receipt proving my payment. It's already frustrating that there is a plumbing issue companies shouldn't want to take advantage or stress the customer even more. To make matters worse he told me someone would call me to make an appointment since I didn't want to pay the money and no one never called. I will be using a different company

Jesus is my savior! But no joke. He has done major home repairs for us at a beyond reasonable price.

First experience: We didn’t know what was wrong with our hot water heater, just figured it should not be blowing as much out but he was very knowledgeable and courteous about the situation as we had to ask our neighbor to get access to see where it was blowing out. Found out we had a really dangerous situation on our hands as carbon monoxide was not properly funneled out correctly.

Second experience: Thought we needed a sump pump to get out moisture in the crawl space but Jesus got to the root of the problem and found there was actually a broken pipe that needed to be excavated and re-routed. Although it could have taken him 2 days or another company 3-4 days, he and his team worked late into the evening to make sure it was all done at once and did not increase the price for the extra time and labor than we all originally thought the project would entail. He even worked with our home insurance company to answer questions in order to get a partial reimbursement!

Third experience: Minor water leak in our downstairs bathroom.. had some difficulty locating the source but fixed it rather quickly. Always walks us through the process and explains the situations and solutions, which is definitely great as a new homeowner!

Another great thing is that he is knowledgeable in so many areas that you don’t need to go to different companies with different problems for your house.

Will definitely be using this company for any and all needs! Highly recommended!

Good workmanship by a knowledgeable plumber. Job involved installation of two wax rings, along with new bolts, and removal of excess silicone around the base, so that I can spot future leaks. The plumber evaluated the flange and found no replacement needed at present. He also provided photos of the toilet's condition before and after the repair.

My toilet was running all the time so I called Goode to come check it out. Trevor came within a few hours and quickly diagnosed the issue. Some parts were needed, so he left and a few hours later Adan and Henry came. They quickly did the repairs, showed/explained things to me and cleaned up well. Everyone was very nice, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Replaced all my fixtures and drains, a bathroom vanity and repaired the water main without opening the cement floor, as other plumbers said was required. Really fast and precise, worked clean, and made special arrangements to accommodate my schedule. Highly recommended. Thanks, Mr.Flores and Diego! It was a pleasure. Absolutely amazing.

We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.

Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.

Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)

I highly recommend Kavana's Plumbing! I had an emergency plumbing leak and Henry was able to accommodate the schedules between multiple people with ease and get the service scheduled ASAP.

Power plumbing came to my rescue - building drain was clogged up - so other people sink and food were coming up into our sink. Not pleasant. I have used Loves Plumbing and Sewer twice now. Both times I contacted John outside of normal business hours and he answered and spoke with me immediately, and scheduled a visit the next day. Last summer I needed my kitchen sink replaced on short notice and he did it right away for a very reasonable price. The sink has worked perfectly ever since.

More recently, I had begun having water back up around the drain outside our basement door during the heavy Chicago rains that have been slamming our area in May/June 2020. He and a member of his crew showed up (both properly masked due to the ongoing pandemic) and quickly scoped my sewer line and cleaned out the drain leading to my catch basin in no time. He is clearly knowledgeable and wastes no time in assessing and correcting the issue. These were (by far) the smoothest and quickest service visits I've ever had. And his rates were more than fair.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I feel lucky to have finally found the rare plumber who I can trust to get here quickly and fix something right without charging me an arm and a leg.
