Just great! Very happy first-time customer. Terrific service, came quickly, and a very fair price. On a very busy Saturday, I suddenly discovered our basement was flooded by our old, huge water heater. Rocket plumber came right away, replaced the old unit with a great new one better suited to our needs, cleaned up the mess, and installed much needed new pipes and connections. They explained everything clearly, and the price was very reasonable. Delighted and relieved! Highly recommend.

I had First Chicago out to move some pipes while remodeling my master bathroom. They went the extra mile and made quick work of the job. To move the shower lines, tub plumbing to accommodate a freestanding tub and tub filler installation it took them only 4 hours. The price was also much better than others I received quotes from in the area. Highly recommend!

Chris came to our flooded home on a Sunday night. He responded very quickly, and even though he cut his toe on some floating glass, he pushed through it and didn’t stop until the water in the building was out and water pressure was restored to the building. Much appreciated.

I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasn't a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldn't have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Very quickly scheduled service and took care of the issues - well actually the plumber balked at fully investigating an issue in the basement which I thought was reasonable, a repair requested by the buyer of the condo and other findings kinda made it not necessary. I was hoping to get their invoice and findings to the buyer quickly so if they did still want it done we'd have plenty of time.

Unfortunately it is now 2+ weeks from the service and have yet to receive the invoice. Called and emailed several times to ask for it, explaining why I need the invoice. They charged my credit card and everything over a week ago.... still no invoice. Today they called and still haven't sent an invoice but tried to charge my credit card a second time for service.... At best this is a really disorganized business at worst they're operating a scam here trying to double charge people. If you did get service from them I'd check your card statements again

Professional crew, were prompt and on schedule, did what it took to solve the problem on a single visit, explained things to me along the way and will gladly be a reference for them.

I received a call approximately 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving so that I could meet them. He arrived, explained what repair was needed and kept me informed through the process.

This guy is literally walking around downtown Chicago asking people including me to forge a signature that he didnt get on a plumbing contract. And was rude to us when we said no! He said it's not even your name. My friend told him it's still forgery! And he went on to thre next person.
