Bad service. No one ever seems to answer. I called for an Emergency and got no answer. Don't say you're a 24 hour Emergency if you're not available to do the job at anytime. Better off calling a local guy that is willing to do the job for a fair price.

Dave and Anthony were great! I was truly impressed- They are honest and have fair prices. I was really impressed by their service and work, not to mention they are forth generation. We had a problem with our basement toilet and we felt like it was impossible to fix but these two brothers worked together to find a solution and they did. They were very communicative, professional and truly honest people. We will be using them for any future plumbing issues and would highly recommend!! Called them to clear a backed up sink. They had a special for pipe rodding that was about 1/3 the price of a well known plumbing service. They showed up as expected and completed the service in a professional, timely manner.

I contacted PSP regarding an issue with my sump pump. Pablo was able to arrive the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and also clearly cares about the work that he does. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me a few suggestions to help prevent problems in the future. He also left the work area clean an tidy, which was much appreciated. Definitely recommended!

Had an outside drain that was clogged and would spill into the house because of it. They came out and were very upfront about what they would need to do and what the potential problem was. They solved my issue while also discovering another potential problem which they clearly showed with their camera equipment. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and honest dealing, going well beyond expectations.

We stumbled on to 4S Plumbing unwittingly through a referral from another plumber that wasn't able to help us. It was a happy accident though. Our plumber Tim was not only professional but an all-around nice guy who was happy to answer questions and look at other plumbing and leak issues around the house.

Tim had come to replace a kitchen faucet, but by the end of the visit our jammed garbage disposal was working and our previously useless upstairs bath had water pressure. Except for the faucet, these were all relatively simple fixes that a less scrupulous plumber could have easily have used to run up the bill. At the end of the day, half of our household maintenance list was checked off, and our bill was less than $400.

As for the backend, Bill responded immediately to our call, scheduling Tim's visit within a few hours. Billing was prompt, and all labor and parts charges were clearly delineated in an email receipt, which we were able to pay online.

In short, 4S is prompt, professional, modern and above all incredibly honest.

Tim, thanks to you, my spouse will be able to take her first hot bath since we moved in.
