we had a sewer line back up in floor drains basement level every time we flushed toilet on upper levels. Our tech, Manny, arrived within an hour of our call @ 7PM and cleared the drains in about an hour. He was friendly & courteous. Excellent service. Thanks for making a bad situation livable quickly.

I have used Vanguard Plumbing for a number of tasks in both my condo and for the building on behalf of our Condo Association. Recently, I hired them to replace the SumpPro battery backup unit for our building sump pumps.

The unit is located in a hard to reach area only about 4 feet tall and it weighs a total of 200 lbs with batteries. So i'd have to say, it's a back breaker of job. The guys showed up on time as I have come to expect from Vanguard. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit in under an hour. They left the area cleaner than what it was before they showed up. And Jan from Vanguard follows up after the job is completed to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was.

I looked on line for the prices of new SumpPro battery backup units (not including shipping costs), and the price was the same as what Vanguard quoted me. And of course, the quote from Vanguard included installation. So the decision to hire Vanguard was a no-brainer since the alternative was to pay more to buy it myself and I'd still have to do the installation.

I will continue to call Vanguard for my plumbing needs because I know I can count on them to do a thorough job and not take any short cuts.

I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasn't a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldn't have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I was given a window of 9am-12pm for an estimate. I received a call at 9am verifying I was home. Boomer and Alex showed up about half hour later as promised.They took some measurements, explained my options and gave me an estimate within 10-15 minutes. Quick and simple!Good communication and no pressure to commit, which I appreciate greatly.

I have had a very poor experience with this company.

First, they missed their appointment and didn’t give me any notification - they never showed up day of. I was told they would come first thing the following morning but the plumber did not arrive until the afternoon.

I hired them for a simple job of replacing a leaky valve and also replacing a water faucet I had already purchased. Ultimately, I was charged $520 (labor alone) for what I would consider a basic job. The service fee of $120 was not waived or deducted from the final bill.

After the job, I noticed a pool of water below the sink and had to call him back. Even after the second visit, there was still a leak so I had to call him back a 3rd time to finally finish the job.

Lastly, I was supposed to get a quote for installing a disposal but that never came even though I asked for it twice.

Huge waste of time and money.

I was very satisfied with the service. He was in and out in a half hour and didn't make a mess I would highly recommend him I don't think my drain has worked this good when it was brand new he also told t how to maintain it thank you so much!!!

I met Matthew today for the first time, and he was very responsive, came out pretty quickly (same day), took care of the issue in no time (and explained everything to me), and gave us a great deal. He was also very personable; we will absolutely use him again!

Hands down best plumber I ever had. They installed a water drip pan under my washer and water heater. Very reasonable pricing and they finished on time, Henry even went the extra mile and hooked up my dryer vent even though it was not part of the service. I would definitely call savior plumbers again next time!

Outstanding! First time we encountered a clogged sewage or sewer. We called the company and in an hour Daniel came. Did a good job, He did not stop until He fixed the problem. We found out a lot of root trees in our pipes causing the clogged. Almost 2 hours working on it. I salute Him! Very hard working person. Thank you so much for all you've done.
