Jan is not only reliable but really goes the extra mile. First time I called them (smelly upstairs washer basin drain) they knew it was an easy fix and just told me what to do vs trying to make easy money off me. It built trust. Then when I really needed them for a utility rm gas leak in our new house I didn't think twice. High prices but peace of mind. Also plumber who did work had great personality and did A+ work (I thought I showed him the main leak but it wasn't bad compared to the higher one he found). Jesus and his team are true professionals. They came quick and saved us from a terrible drain issue we had in our building. Jesus came by ASAP to inspect the issue, and automatically recognized what it was. He gave us the run down of everything and gave a great price for such a large job. I usually look for how professional a company and it’s workers are and they blew me away. All the workers were very respectful and for all the work they did they kept the basement apartment very clean, wife approved! A Worker trespassed onto my residence to attempt to kill an animal… When caught in the act by a tenant, they blurted racial slurs. This isn’t the first time they’ve been seen trespassing.

I highly recommend 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC who came out to replace my 15 year old water valve and irrigation valve. I was worried at first but from how they handled the situation, they gave me another reason to trust them and probably hire them if need be.

The drain ended up opening just before they arrived. But they showed up on time, were very professional, and trustworthy. I would definitely call them again.

We have been using Chicagoland Quality Plumbing services for approximately four years and found him through our Angie's List membership. We own 3 rental properties and Edwin has repaired leaks, installed dishwashers and water lines(for both kitchen sinks and washer units), replaced toilet wax rings and unclogged drains over the past four years for us. The service that we indicated as not listed is definitely worth mentioning as it turned out to be a big job. We called Edwin because we noticed a leak coming from our basement ceiling. Upon his inspection he not only told us that he suspected the main drain line in our 3 story building was leaking. He provided us with a plan for the best way to pinpoint where the drain was leaking behind the 3 apartment walls and once it was located how he would make the repair. Long story short, with Edwin's experience, where he ended up opening the kitchen wall turned out was within 3 feet of the eroded main drain line. Edwin and Roberto removed a section of 100 year old drain pipe and then replaced it. What Edwin charged us for this two day, two man job was reasonable. His work is top notch and we always find that his prices are very reasonable that's why we always call Edwin and we hope that he is not planning on retiring any time soon :)

VanDerBosch replaced the antiquated steam boiler for our six-unit condo building. Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

Third time using Apex Plumbing on my apartment building and will do so again if a need arise. impressed for a third time, so leaving an appreciative review. Chaz and Charles repaired a leaking drain pipe in the wall of one of my apartment units, and cut away some floor and drywall in a very clean way to allow for easy patch. Also, reduced their quote after finishing as they got it done quicker than expected. I can't ask for much more than that! -Jim
