Best Residential Commercial in Chicago IL

Had a tenant flush paper towels into the toilet and it clogged my injector pump and water backup in the basement. I called Rescue Plumbing, who installed the pump 3 months earlier and they came out within 2 hours, found the problem and replaced the pump... The owner called me after the job and explained that the paper towels burned the pump and said he would allow a one time free of charge replacement! The only plumbers I'd use and highly recommend them!

Pete and Noah were great. Came right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and had all the necessary parts to complete the repair an hour from when they arrived. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

Dispatched plumber to thaw water pipes. Quoted approx $90 (over the phone) for site visit and told technician will review the situation when he arrives and provide a price for whatever service may be needed. Probably should have asked for a range on the cost ahead of time, but the price was over $800 (plus the site visit) to hook up and run current from the pipes inside my house to the city shutoff (B-box). That didn't alleviate the issue and the plumber stated that it must be frozen on the city side of the shutoff. Now I've found out from the city water dept that a union is required on the water pipes just past the main water shut off inside my house or they will not hook up their unit from the hydrant to the B-box to thaw out those pipes. I would have expected a reputable plumbing company that works in Chicago to know this and when they determined the problem was on the city side to install this union at that time.

I highly recommend Vanguard Plumbing and Sewer .They helped me to solve an issue with my flood control system.They came on time.Technitions were very nice and knowledgeable.They left my place cleaner than before.I will definitely use them in the future.

Needed a sewer backup prevention system installed. Upon recommendation from a neighbor, I called Rob West Plumbing. I was able to speak with Rob right away, and the next day he came to the house to talk about what system might work best for my needs. We settled on a system and a price, and the work started the next day. Upon completion, the project came in at the agreed on price.

His crew was polite, professional, and got the work complete on time. One thing I liked about dealing with this company was the fact that there was a constant line of communication with Rob, the owner of the business.

I will use this company for any future plumbing needs.

He followed all covid protocols & was so clean, with a tarp, face mask & even booties over his boots. He is experienced & knowledgeable. I’m so happy with my new faucet & shower head ? & hand sprayer?

Everything went really smoothly and promptly with this plumber. I did not have to wonder why they were not getting back to me to discuss my project, as I have has to do so many other times with so many other plumbers. The representative was very organized, prompt, and courteous and even covered his shoes inside my house which was a really positive compromise between the fact that it's my living space and his working space. Matt came out to rod out my main sewer line, he got out all of the tree roots causing the clog, he was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and picked up after himself, pricing seemed reasonable, I'll definitely be coming back to this company for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend them to everyone

Our basement ceiling was leaking. We called Plumbers 911 and they arrived within (24) hours and identified the problem. They explained in laymen's terms what repairs needed to be done, the time frame and cost. They did an excellent job and the post clean up was amazing.

Aidan arrived on time and attacked the issue and explained in detail all the hows and whys of what he was doing to correct my non draining sink .
He got it cleared and its working better than is has for years now .
I would call Apex again and they are now my go to for any plumbing issues I may encounter in the future . Please note it was a Saturday and he was there on time too !

Called Rescue first thing in the a.m. Had a team, Pete and Noah on site by Noon. Thorough examination, honest assessment. Adjustments were made, leak was fixed. Fast, accurate and knowledgeable. Definitely will use again.

Ray is a great manager and Bobby is a professional plumber who knows everything about pipes, sewer, jetting, etc'. We have a problematic plumbing system in our building and they are working on the issues in the best way. We are recommending this company very much!

Zuñiga was responsive to our emergent issue. They immediately fixed leaks going to the water heater first to allowed the gas company to restore gas the same day. Since it was late in the evening, the remaining gas lines were isolated and fixed the following day

Logan was fantastic. Explained in detail what they were going to do with cleaning my ejector pit. We get odor from the ejector pump and they came in a cleaned it and sealed it. He also gave clear recommendations on future maintenance. Overall, great experience and will use them again.

Pete and Noah were very responsive and quickly fixed my Bath drainage issue!
