Dax from Rescue Plumbing was awesome! Called Friday evening for a leak under the sink and he was there within a few hours. Stopped the link and recommend a new faucet, which he came back first thing Saturday morning to install, because I didn’t have a new faucet in hand at 9pm Friday night and stores were closed. Excellent service! We will only call Dax and Rescue Plumbing in the future.

First Chicago Plumbing did a great job repiping the water supply lines in our old house. A new laundry tub was installed along with two new outdoor spigots. The three man team completed the job in a day and a half as they said they would. We are pleased with the work that was done and by the efficiency and open communication. We are happy to have found a plumbing company we trust and will call on whenever the need should arise.

This company has very kind people who are also very professional. I will never contact any other plumber when I have this one . He does not disappoint and delivers every time you hire them.

Edwin is very prompt in his responses, efficient and thorough in his work, and just a kind person to interact with! We had a really unique situation where our kitchen sink disposal was backing up into our guest shower—talk about gross. Edwin handled it very professionally. He found the root of the problem, corrected it, and gave us easy maintenance directions to prevent it from happening again. We have since used Edwin for a few other things that have popped up. I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasn't a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldn't have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I called Plumbers 911 for a clogged tub. The plumber showed up when promised and did a great job, quickly with no hassles or mess. I will definetly use them again when i need a plumber.
