My Catch Basin was sinking into the ground. I got a few estimates from some others. But this one, Rescue Plumbing, gave me a reasonable price and they just felt like the right ones. Plus, they showed up on time and finished up on the same day as promised. If I ever need a Plumber again, I’ll call these guys up for sure.

They got it finished on time for us to use the building and did a great job cleaning up. I'd have no problem calling Baethke again.

Man, this is what the world needs. They saw my hot water heater from photos I sent them, and referred me to another firm b/c mine is more esoteric. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Chicago, take note! If this is how we all treat each other, we're all set!!

First experience: We didn’t know what was wrong with our hot water heater, just figured it should not be blowing as much out but he was very knowledgeable and courteous about the situation as we had to ask our neighbor to get access to see where it was blowing out. Found out we had a really dangerous situation on our hands as carbon monoxide was not properly funneled out correctly.

Second experience: Thought we needed a sump pump to get out moisture in the crawl space but Jesus got to the root of the problem and found there was actually a broken pipe that needed to be excavated and re-routed. Although it could have taken him 2 days or another company 3-4 days, he and his team worked late into the evening to make sure it was all done at once and did not increase the price for the extra time and labor than we all originally thought the project would entail. He even worked with our home insurance company to answer questions in order to get a partial reimbursement!

Third experience: Minor water leak in our downstairs bathroom.. had some difficulty locating the source but fixed it rather quickly. Always walks us through the process and explains the situations and solutions, which is definitely great as a new homeowner!

Another great thing is that he is knowledgeable in so many areas that you don’t need to go to different companies with different problems for your house.

Will definitely be using this company for any and all needs! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Great (and fast!) customer service! The two guys that came out were friendly and knew their stuff, and resolved my issue (a slow/clogged drain that had been plaguing me off and on for years). Scheduling was fast (same day service, showing up within about an hour of when I first called), with clear communication about arrival times. Bonus points for giving my dog lots of pats!

Rescue Plumbing is great, and Logan and Djenkis are terrific! I called them with a semi-urgent plumbing issue, and they were able to fit me in right away. They were on time, professional and worked quickly to clear my drain. They patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. My boiler quit on me and I was without heat for 3 days. It took that long to find someone who would come out to detect the problem without charging a ridiculous fee or making bogus promises. Mr. Burris came out on a Sunday afternoon, he was on time and ready to work. He took his time to assess the situation and kept me in the loop with the process the entire time. I could tell he was there to HELP and not just to make a quick dollar. He was able to fix the situation and went out of his way to help me save money as well as educate me on maintenance and how to keep the boiler running without other issues. He called me throughout the night to make sure everything was working properly and told me to feel free to call him if i had any other issues. Even after the job was done and I had questions days later he took my calls and made sure I had a good understanding about what else I needed to do to keep my boiler in great shape. Mr Burris is a man who takes pride in his work and enjoys helping people. He cares about his community and the people in it! The results speak for themselves. He’s my guy from now on!
