We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Dex and his colleague came out quickly to assess and fix our issue of a clogged sewer pipe. Before they left, they triple checked everything was back to normal. So grateful for their quick response and thorough work!

I had a dishwasher recently installed with an extended hose. There was additional cost due to parts which I understand from the extended hose and anchors. The team said they would remove the lazy Susan to anchor the hoses in place with new anchors. They did not take out the lazy Susan to anchor the hoses and just re-used the old anchors and screws. Re-using the old anchors in the same position as they were previously in did not hold the hoses in place and caused the lazy Susan to come in contact with the hoses. Not a major deal but to anchor the hoses I had to go to Home Depot to get anchors and screws while also taking out the lazy Susan. All in took about an hour of time to disassemble and assemble everything. I went with rocket knowing they were a little more expensive but expected better service due to the high price. Don’t recommend.

Jesus came out a few months ago to find out what was wrong with our sewer line. We had back ups and there was a large tree root which blocked the sewer line. We had catastrophic flooding in our basement. He dug up the basement and fixed the problem. No more odor, no more flooding. We now have his crew fixing our sink. I would recommend his wholeheartedly.

Do not use Rob West plumbing. We were convinced by Rob to fix something that wasn't broke (first red flag) and quoted $1,000 to do the job. The next day we find out it would cost $400 more to finish the work. We reluctantly agreed. Almost 1 month later, we get an invoice for an extra $1,000. If I had found out this at the time, I would have found a new plumber! I will never use this company again and will advise others to do the same.

Chris and Jacob came out quickly. Both were kind and courteous and patiently explained the issue and why it was a bit more complicated than expected. They wore masks, got the job done quickly and left no mess. I am happy and just recommended them to a friend.

Edwin was very polite and professional, but I feel used. He did not quote me any price, but I trusted him because he had good reviews. When he was finished, he went to his truck to write up the bill. I was astonished that he charged me $475. I should at least have questioned it, but, he knew he had me. The he said he couldn't take credit cards, so, I wrote him a check, which he very promptly cashed. He alone was at my house for as hour and a half. He used a small electric auger, and my electricity, a small piece of PVC pipe, which he attached with a metal ring. I don't think he was worth $300. + per hour.

We have used Van Der Bosch plumbing for at least 10 years. As a management company, it is hard to find an honest, hardworking contractor who returns your calls, comes through in an emergency and drops everything to help you. This is Van Der Bosch. They come on time, they get to the root of the problem (they don't just band-aid problems) and they are pleasant to work with even when standing in knee deep sewer water. Highly recommend them.

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

The service of Apex was top notch from all aspects. This was my first experience with Apex and I contacted them from a referral. When they advertise same day service, they mean it. Chad was the plumber dispatched and he gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before his arrival. Chad was courteous and considerate when he arrived. I explained my issue and he walked me through the options of service I would need without high pressure sales pitch. He gave me a free estimate of the work I needed. I highly recommend requesting Chad if you call Apex.

I called for my dad at 8:30am - busted pipe to the outdoor spigot and water was all under his back porch addition. They came when they said they would. My dad is older so I do the leg work for him for stuff like this. I picked Zuniga after googling plumbers. I picked the right place. Walter was my service guy. I don’t live with my dad so Walter called me every step of the way.
