Tyler cleaned the drain in the basement and the water is no longer backing up. He also repaired the toilet in the upstairs bathroom. In addition, he patiently provided me with information about diy maintenance going forward to keep the drain from clogging in the future and the toilet operative. I have used Vanguard Plumbing for a number of tasks in both my condo and for the building on behalf of our Condo Association. Recently, I hired them to replace the SumpPro battery backup unit for our building sump pumps.

The unit is located in a hard to reach area only about 4 feet tall and it weighs a total of 200 lbs with batteries. So i'd have to say, it's a back breaker of job. The guys showed up on time as I have come to expect from Vanguard. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit in under an hour. They left the area cleaner than what it was before they showed up. And Jan from Vanguard follows up after the job is completed to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was.

I looked on line for the prices of new SumpPro battery backup units (not including shipping costs), and the price was the same as what Vanguard quoted me. And of course, the quote from Vanguard included installation. So the decision to hire Vanguard was a no-brainer since the alternative was to pay more to buy it myself and I'd still have to do the installation.

I will continue to call Vanguard for my plumbing needs because I know I can count on them to do a thorough job and not take any short cuts.

I was introduced to Rob West about 4 years ago. At the time, I was taking care of a friend's property while he was out of town for the winter. Rob West Plumbing is my friend's plumber so of course that's who I called when a sewer problem occurred. I manage the facilities for a small private school and needed a good plumber to build a relationship with. So I called Rob for a job at the school. And we've been working together ever since. It's been great working with Rob. Friends and coworkers ask me for contractor referrals all the time. When someone asks me about a plumber, Rob West Plumbing is the first thing I mention.

We needed a new sewer lateral as part of a home project . I decided to contact this plumber whose timing was also essential. They took us through the process and I appreciate their politeness and professional standards.

Goode is not cheap but they were creative in their approach to a difficult problem behind kitchen cabinets that could not be removed. The quality of work was excellent and the technician, Jose, made sure everything was in perfect order before he left.

Replaced leaky valve on radiator. Great, professional service. Showed up right at the beginning of the quoted time window, got the job done fast and without issue. would recommend.

Here's my personal opinion and why i think you should consider any other plumbing company besides APEX - Poor care for customer service. They're disrespectful, awful communication, and lie and make false promises of solving the problem.

I hired them to address my low water pressure in my multi-unit building. At the time of estimating the job, I was extra clear that pressure is my underlying problem and gave them as much information as I could. They said they could do the job and solve my problem because it seems like my rising pipes were really old galvanized piping. 2 days later they started and collected half the payment over the phone through credit card. I did not allow them to keep it on file and said I would pay again at the end of the job.

They started and finished 3 days later but I still had little to no water pressure and after getting frustrated that they couldn't solve the problem, one of the plumbers blew up on me and said the contract was complete because all it said was the risers needed to be changed and his job was done and they'd put a LIEN on my house if not paid. Issue was still not resolved and I was out of pocket $10k I find out they charged my credit card and illegally stored my info when I asked not to.

The owner/boss comes the next day and says he'll try to find a solution and all he did was simply walk to the main city pipe and say this is another $30k job because you need to change the main pipe but he'll keep looking for an answer. 2 weeks go by and he never called, and when i called him he accused me of being impatient and rude. When i asked what he came up with in 2 weeks, he said honestly hadn't given it much thought. This whole time my walls are still torn out and I have families living here. They also never provided me the copy to the contract until my last conversation with the owner.

I can understand if it was 1 employee, but the owner himself provided this type of service - which says a lot about the company. Save yourself the trouble, pay a little more and go with any other plumbing company.

Recently my main water line started leaking into my yard and no plumbers in the area would call me back. I finally talked to a friend who referred me to Right away plumbing co. Pipe Repair. I was able to get them on the phone without any issue and get setup for next day emergency service. The recommendations, work, price, and customer service were top notch. I was fortunate to have found this company in my time of need.

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. His price to install a new water heater was fair and the installation and work was clean! Thank you John! I'll definitely be using this business again!

I woke up to a busted shower that wouldn't shut off. I called Matt, and he answered immediately, arrived quickly, and diagnosed/fixed the problem on the spot. Suffice it to say - I will be calling Full Circle for all of my future plumbing needs.

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.
