Best Replace Water Heater Tank in Chicago IL

$170 to come out and tell me I need a new sump pump. They didn’t explain any technical problem with the pump just that I needed a new one. I would’ve been better off with a mom and pop plumbing service to be more detailed and give me more clarity.

Jan came out in a blizzard to get our sink unclogged. Professional from start to finish! Even called today to follow up with us. Best plumber experience I’ve had.

Their timing and communication was wonderful. Felt very taken care of. Never unsure about process. Honest. Direct. I didn't have enough to cover the repair/replacement. They took a deposit of half to begin the work and upon completing I was offered a financing option that was simple to activate. Don't worry: I'm gonna pay it off well before the 12-month 0% introductory period. Not that you worry about me. You've got plenty of worries on your own what with your plumbing malfunctioning. So stop reading and call em already!

Great people working there from the lady in the office down to the guy doing the service very responsive and flexible to make any job happen.

I generally do not write reviews for companies unless I am satisfied with them. I did, however, feel slighted by this company today and chose to write this review to provide honest feedback for them in their client interactions and for anyone potentially seeking them for service.

Our initial call with Right Away was easy ad prompt. I had a plumber come out and then after reviewing the costs and problems, decided to use them because of their initial quick response. I scheduled the earliest appointment which was to be today.

This afternoon, less than two hours before my scheduled time, I received a call from not the plumber or the scheduling manager, but a woman asking me if I wouldn't mind rescheduling. I said no, as I had waited for this appointment, and she said she'd call back trying to make my appointment happen. She then called back to let me know they couldn't, and when I voiced my upset at their lack of scheduling priorities or awareness, she said there was an emergency and that took precedence (although not in those words, Celene was in my opinion very curt and rude and lacking esteem for the clientele).

While I do realize sometimes emergencies happen on a companies end as well, I do not appreciate when I am made to feel like other people's plumbing issues are more important than mine, especially when I did my due diligence to schedule in a timely manner. Not only that, but to have it be so last minute to get the notice didn't allow me the day to look for other alternatives.

Sometimes businesses don't go out of their way to keep to their schedules or to their word, or try to find a creative solution to scheduling conflicts. For example, while I can understand that a plumber is delayed at a previous job - if it was my company, I would then ask that plumber to do a later day that day and work the next job nonetheless to try to take care of all the customers on that date that were promised time. I do not appreciate Right Away Plumbing, who I chose partly because of their namesake, delaying my services because they lack awareness of a customer's needs.

I am waiting for Tony the manager to call me back - if I hear anything positive from this company I will update my review. For now, I do not recommend this plumbing company.

The plumber, Henry Wright, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous,. He quickly repaired my faucet. He helped me understand how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. I highly recommend him!

Zuniga's first time working with me was great - great technicians, great communication, fixed my issues right away. The second time left a lot to be desired. While the work was technically in line with what I asked them to do [vanity replacement in a tenant's unit], they installed the wrong vanity [then acted like I was in the wrong for telling them so!], and did so directly over the subfloor, without notifying me that there was tile missing...when I'd specifically asked them to notify me as such. They do not do tile, and I understand that, but they didn't follow my instructions and then acted churlish and rude when I gave them the feedback that I was disappointed in this - I would have liked the opportunity to have them refer me to a tile laying company and then to bring them back after the floor was in good shape and uniform throughout the bathroom. Now, I'll have to remove the vanity they've installed, then have the tile redone, then have the vanity reinstalled - a pain for me and my tenants alike.

I gave him this feedback directly, and his response was combative and unhelpful. All in all, there was no effort to make it right or accept responsibility whatsoever. I can handle mistakes, and I would have been understanding if he'd told me This is out of our purview - if that had happened, we could have worked together on a solution. But I can't handle outright rudeness and denial of responsibility when someone's done something contrary to what I asked when I'm paying them.

I don't recommend this company at all. If you do choose to move forward with this company, I would be very, very clear with Walter about what is acceptable and what is not, and be there to supervise the work as it's happening.

Great service, they arrived on time and toilet installation went well, they were in and out and got the job done! Highly recommend. Will use them for any future plumbing needs.

I was very happy with the overall service. The guy(Carlos) they sent was trustworthy and showed enthusiasm to do a good job in the fastest time possible. I needed a new shower installed asap and they got the job done within a week of my initial call. Pablo the owner was very professional and answered my calls as well as texts when I ever needed to reach out during the week the job was done. If you are needing a new shower and are looking for efficient, quality service for a good price I would highly recommend using this company.

I am blown away by the services performed by Savior Plumbers. I just moved into a new home and had 3 different businesses come to try and identify a gas leak. The issue persisted and I reached out to Savior for another opinion. They called me back within 10 minutes of my inquiry and were able to fit me in next day (on a Saturday.) I was so thankful as we were moving in that Saturday and I was worried for our safety with the gas smell.

Henry showed up and identified TWELVE leaks. He spent SIX HOURS on a Saturday making all the necessary repairs in order to keep us safe. Despite how late it was (9pm when he left,) he was thorough and explained everything in detail so we understood what was going on. He was so kind and even offered us a discounted flat rate instead of charging per leak since there were so many.

He is extremely knowledgeable and also advised on many other plumbing projects that we have. He also installed a new toilet for us to replace one that would not flush and it's perfect and flushes as it should now.

I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. Do not waste your time with anyone else — they can do it all!

He charged me $600 for an emergency service to pump water from a basement. was there for 15min then left to get a better pump, but never came back. Simply stole money for a service he did not rendered.
