Our plumber, Ed Flores, arrived promptly, was very personable, very thorough and did a great job. He assessed the problem, made some short term fixes, and laid out a plan for a permanent fix. Excellent service. Very reasonable.

After a DIY failure, I contact Go-Rooter on a Friday evening and received an email response within minutes. It wasn't an emergency but they came early Saturday morning to fix the clogged bathroom sink. They are not the cheapest but they are responsive, timely and provide great service. I highly recommend.

They gave me a quote, which is on the high side. But, I have a deadline to meet, so I agreed. The quote is based on at least four communications, including photos, phone conversations. However, as soon as the plumber arrived, he asked to double the price. Wow! Then, he refused to do the job and left.

The company has very limited control of​ the plumbers the company sent. The plumber just refused to work and left. Very disturbing​.

I can not count on this company. Very unreliable and potentially price gauging.

Henry came in a matter of days to install our rooftop firepit to a natural gas line. He was professional, well prepared and educated me on the process. Sam's Plumbing And Rodding responded quickly to a customer in need. My main water line to the house broke while I was on vacation. When I returned, my yard was flooded. This company provided same day service, did an excellent job, and at a lower price than their competition when I called. I would highly recommend their prompt and excellent services.. I am a very satisfied customer.

I called at 6:30am and received a live response. I was given an arrival time and they were prompt which I appreciated very much because I work overnight. Mike and Carter were very professional and gave me great service. The water heater was installed without any issues and they cleaned up after the work was done! I will use this company again and highly recommend them!!

He sent his men out ...I was amazed how quickly the crew came to my home... They fixed the job and left the place looking better then when they came. I am very pleased with everything they did..I wish I could give more stars .. Highly recommend. Prices are fair...maybe not the cheapest but well worth every penny. Felt safe being home alone with them...

These guys are great! My mother had neglected her home for so long, and CJ Plumbing were thorough, fair, and incredibly friendly. They explained everything they were doing, and why. They are definitely my go-to now and I can highly recommend them to anyone wanting great quality and good pricing.

We used Thomas to identify the source of water back up and leak. This led to a major sewer repair which they addressed in a timely and professional manner. I recommend Thomas and his company for your sewer and drain needs.

Got an appointment withint a couple days. Guys were nice found an issue in about 5 min (sink not vented properly) but kept checking other things to rule out any thing else that might have been causing our issue, and they did find a clog in our main pipe and cleared it. Only complaint was given a 2 hour window and they were about 30 min late outside the window with no warning, but we will definitely call them again if we have another issue.

I’ve been using these guys for years at various locations. From small to large jobs, they’ve always kept great communication and they get the job done right! Looking forward to working with these guys again.

We hired captain rooter to help our family during a winter freeze in February. It was the only plumber who wasn't completely booked, and it appears that was for good reason. Joel and Jesse managed to solve the problem after several days of golden time and causing tremendous damage to the walls and floor to gain access. The entire time we were trying to be upsold to buy water heaters etc which was unwelcome when they were struggling to fix the problem. Due to the huge price tag they quoted our insurance and the other contractors who came to fix the damage to the walls and floors were quite unimpressed with the quality of work. Additionally, after informing them that the work they did caused both our outdoor hoses to stop working Joel gave us a run around and after two scheduled appointments nobody showed up. Steer clear of this business. I shudder when I see one of their trucks knowing that another home owner is probably being taken advantage of.
