Wow is all I have to say about Jesus and this amazing company! 10/10! They were way more reasonable that other quotes I received and Jesus was a dream to work with. Super responsive, on time, and explained things slowly and easily so I could understand lol. He replaced 2 sections of broken pipe outside, one under grass, the other under concrete, they had to hand dig everything too, about 5 ft down. They were able to do the work in a very timely manner as well! His crew was very nice and did a great job. Would highly recommend and will absolutely be using them again in the future!! Their timing and communication was wonderful. Felt very taken care of. Never unsure about process. Honest. Direct. I didn't have enough to cover the repair/replacement. They took a deposit of half to begin the work and upon completing I was offered a financing option that was simple to activate. Don't worry: I'm gonna pay it off well before the 12-month 0% introductory period. Not that you worry about me. You've got plenty of worries on your own what with your plumbing malfunctioning. So stop reading and call em already!

Edwin was fantastic in working to clear a persistently clogged shower drain. I called in the morning and he was able to come out later that afternoon. It was clear from the way he worked that he really cares about doing a quality job and not leaving any hanging problems. He went over the top to improve the drain setup so that it would be less likely to become a problem again in the future. I highly recommend his services!

I had a water leak to the unit below me after 22 years of living in my condo. PATRICK, young, inexperienced plumber DID NOT try what 3 other licensed plumbers told me he should have tried to fix it (wax ring) but insteadREMOVED the cast iron flange unnecessarily which the 3 other licenced plumbers and the City of Chicago Plumbing dept (over the phone) said was placed in the right spot since I live in an older building and extensions or other means can get it the 1/4 above the tile from where it was. He has caused a very costly, complicated project for me because of his incompetence and the company not willing to keep me as a satisifed customer.
