Best Repair Project in Chicago IL

I live in lincolnwood and we’ve been using their services a few times and they’ve done a great job!! They’ve installed our water heater, cleaned up the gunk in our kitchen sink, installed a new faucet and pipe because our water pressure from the hose was low, and today they rerouted the kitchen pipe to the sewer!!! Every time they’ve sent great personnel and we’ve had an outstanding experience with Ron, the last 3 times he came!! He’s really thorough, addresses all your concerns and questions and completes the work with efficiency and accuracy!!! We will continue to use their services as long as we can!

Can not speak highly enough of Vanguard Plumbing after just having my new water heater installed. Jan was most professional in giving me a detailed estimate which I compared with several other companies in the area and ended up choosing them because of the fair pricing and top quality products they use. George did a fantastic job installing the heater with a custom run of pipes and amazing attention to every detail along the way. Highly recommend these guys and will be surely calling them again for any future plumbing needs or renovation projects.

These guys were amazing! They fixed our wiring that got crossed in our kitchen and now we can finally use our dishwasher without the disposal turning on, ha!

Mike was great. We wanted to close an old grease trap in our basement, and another plumber made it sound like a huge job. Mike said Goode Plumbing could do it a better way for less money, and explained everything carefully. Then he accidently found a leak with our 30 year old water heater, and was able to offer us a great price for a replacement. No upselling, straightforward assessment of our problem, showed up on time. And then our neighbor saw his van and asked if Mike could look at a problem in her house, and he went right over when he was done with us. I wish we had called Goode first.

Mike was “Very professional” and focused on the job. Highly Recommend.

John Love (the plumber and owner) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We found him on Google bc of his good reviews- decided to give him a try- the reviews are accurate! John showed up on time, communication was clear throughout the process and he immediately found the old rotting pipe within the ceiling of our basement- it was very apparent he has a lot of experience working with older homes just like our 1916 Bungalow. He did a thorough job, kept the basement and work area spotless, even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with his job. We will definitely be using Love’s Plumbing again for our plumbing needs! Very fair pricing and up front about everything

We had two plumbing companies come out to give us an estimate on a job. Benjamin from Apex was extremely professional and courteous and provided an estimate extremely quickly. The second company came out and we asked them a few questions about what Benjamin had told us and they were completely unable to answer they also didn’t provide a timely estimate. Apex and Benjamin are excellent plumbers and business people as they get the job done with the upmost professionalism. Additionally, I was home with a newborn baby who was a little fussy and Benjamin had a tip on how to hold her to calm her down. Thanks, Apex and Benjamin!

I chose Savior plumbers based on the multitude of positive reviews. They didn’t disappoint. A few days ago they installed a new water line quickly and professionally. They went out of their way to keep the area clean which I appreciated. They answered a few other plumbing questions I had. They were really great. I will use them anytime I need work done.

We had a big project to do - total gut rehab of an old Chicago greystone. REI worked with my contractor and got things done! There were no project delays with REIs work! Donal was in regularly checking on quality and timeliness. Donal even taught my GC a thing or two! 10

What a fantastic job helping with a project that required them to show off a little. I had a stain glass built into the house that I needed removed. I'm not local so it was completely planned an completed by Handico with incredible professionalism and skill. They went above and beyond expectations and can be trusted to do the right thing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I can save a singe customer from the experience I have had over the past month! I had a pipe burst around Christmas and this service came out to defrost my pipes. Since they responded I decided to use them for a rerouting. The plumber was not only late but showed up at 7pm and stayed till midnight rerouting. The plumber had to come back several days later to finish the installation because my contractor had to redo some framing. One of the laundry valves they installed leaked and it took the plumber several days to come out, however the valve was never replaced. Like others have said, the owner is in a meeting, little to no response, and after almost a week of no shows and no communication, a different plumber showed up (after I started to request return of payment) and installed a wash tub hook up that was supposed to be done at the same time as the laundry, as he was leaving I said there is a leak and he told me he had spilled water. Pipe was still leaking about 2 hrs later I called them to come back… the plumber tried to tell me it was “ground water leaking” until I pointed out the leak in the cold water valve they had installed the week prior. This is how they left my new drywall…. I’m praying their work holds up but am skeptical! Please save yourself the headache and heartache! Hopefully their contract holds up if there is any further issue!
