Had an issue with my garbage disposal which needed to be replaced. I was able to get help the same day that I called. Pete and Noah were on time, professional, and got the job done. Very happy with my service today!

The service person was friendly, but was originally quoted $1,000 to replace a bathroom faucet. When I said I had other lower cost options, they came down to $500. What an embarrassingly bold attempt to take advantage of a customer.
Have used them before for our condo assoc. but will def be shopping around next time since this quote illustrated a lack of trustworthiness.

Haven’t used yet but will, the tech Chris and his partner were very informative and took the time to explain everything and extra stuff that he noticed weren’t installed correctly.

$650 for a sewer rod that took them less than an HR to get done, and wanted to charge me over $1,000

Called Rescue first thing in the a.m. Had a team, Pete and Noah on site by Noon. Thorough examination, honest assessment. Adjustments were made, leak was fixed. Fast, accurate and knowledgeable. Definitely will use again.

Can't say enough good things about the experience. Had an ejector pump that failed after hours. I called Loves Plumbing and Sewer and John Love (owner which was unbeknownst to me at the time) answered the phone, was patient with my questions, and highly knowledgeable in his responses. John came out early the next morning, fixed the problem and walked me through the work being performed. Thanks John for all the help and will be using you for all of our plumbing and sewer needs going forward.

PSP plumbing did a fantastic job. Reasonable price, very thorough work. We had this faucet replaced 5 years ago, but can now see what quality workmanship looks like. CJ Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. I first spoke with Dimetry over the phone to discuss a leaky toilet and a garbage disposal that stopped working. He had a wealth of knowledge that actually enabled me to restart my garbabe disposal and not have to replace it. His team member Lenny, then came out the next day to repair our leaky toilet, and it turned out our toilet's wax ring hadn't been replaced in years, it wasn't even a wax ring, but putty which no one uses any more. He knew exactly what do to and had us up and running in no time. The team is very professional and responsive and real experts in the field. I will be hiring them again. Note: this is regarding a 100+ year old home in evanston.

Victor helped me unclog my bathroom drain ! He was very helpful and patient. He was on-time and very reasonably priced. Victor told me to store his number on my phone in case of other emergencies. I really enjoyed working with Plumbing123 and highly recommend them !

We had a backed up drain and Bob was out to clean it out. What was supposed to be a routine job turned into a nightmare. He came in and a few minutes into it he stared there was a problem. His tool was stuck in the pipe, and we may have to open the wall. This being a newly remodeled unit this was not what we wanted to hear. He proceeded to try and retrieve it for a few hours, Jesse came out and we discussed options. One was to cut and leave the tool in the drain or we cut open the wall and pipe to retrieve it. They would then patch the pipe but we would be responsible for the repairs. I explained that this was not the best situation for me but what else can we do. Without a bathroom the unit could not be occupied. So we vacated and let them do their work.
We set up to open the wall and they cut the pipe out make their repair and it was to be done. Or so I thought. During the process they left the faucet open and all would’ve been fine but the repair they may leaked just as if it was a second faucet. It was a copper pipe and rather than sweat (weld) they installed this make shift sleeve and never tightened it. The unit was flooded and worse of leaked to several units below. We were able to dry out the unit and With the patching that had to be done it was like redoing a bathroom all over and they did not pay for any of it.
To make matters worse our neighbor got the grunt of of the water in her bathroom and it needed repairs. I spoke with Jesse and explained that things happen and we will make do with our unit but the neighbor needs to be covered by them. I expected to be able to preset the neighbors repair invoice and have no problem I felt it was reasonable and having paid for all other work out of pocket I felt this was the least Captain Rooter could do. Since presenting the invoice I have had nothing but radio silence. It’s unfortunate as I believe that all the cost should’ve been Captain Rooters but for the sake of putting this behind me I only asked they cover the neighbors damage.
I chose to share as this in hope that before they are considered for a project I relay how they performed for me. I believe it says a lot about a company by how they handle problems with their clients. I am not sure how to share pics or videos here but I’d love to share as I believe they paint a picture of the quality of work.

I called them out because I had a leak in my main water line so John came out and was completely honest about the job and what it took i was skeptical at first but after calling around I decided to go with morning noon and night I must say I was really happy that I did they came on time and finished the job when they said they would although the city inspector was giving them a hard time john stayed professional and keep me informed i really do appreciate the kindness and level of professionalism they had anyway their workmanship was great and the cleaned up nicely after they where done i would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors
