Sam's Plumbing And Rodding came to our rescue not once, but twice in 4 days. They used video to locate and mark our clog and then sent in the big truck to it blast away! These guys are amazing! Extremely personable and professional. We are newer homeowners, and new to the whole catch basin system. William and his dad came out and not only cleaned out our catch basin and hydro jetted our pipes, but they patiently answered our many questions about how the whole system works. I can’t say enough about how amazing Henry from Savior plumbing is. We had three pipes burst during this weeks freezing temperatures (week of Christmas 2022). Within 30 minutes of calling, Henry arrived, diagnosed the problem, went to get supplies, and within about an hour, had us back up and running. A day after Christmas, what could have been a complete disaster was saved (pun intended) by Henry. I now have his card on my refrigerator and his number saved. Professionalism and skill aside, Henry is so kind and friendly (good with dogs too!) There’s no one else I’ll call.

$688.37 to replace the sink and water filter faucets and soap dispenser. They did something (installed a piece of wood underneath) that made the water filter leak underneath the sink, telling me that they couldn’t fix it and for us to go find the tube, replace it ourselves and fix it?. Called and owner told me that we created the issue after trying to change the tube. What??? No responsibility or just saying, “we are professional plumber and we fix issues, not crate them and walk away. The leak is so bad that we have to turn off the sink water and hire a new plumber to come fix it...So frustrating. Unbelievable!!
