Pete arrived quickly and assessed the situation -- my old toilet needed to be replaced. He and Noah were back early the next day with a replacement that was installed in no time. Not only were they fast, but they were thorough and friendly. After the successful install, Pete cleared up all the materials and the old toilet and left the space clean. I highly recommend Rescue Plumbing. They'll take great care of you!

I've been using Jan and his team for years. The moment that stands out is when I was out of the country and my tenants hot water heater broke. Jan was able to handle it immediately while being very communicative. Giving me peace of mind.

Wasted my time and money and didn't solve the problem. Frankly I expected top service for the prices they charge ($250 just for diagnosis). They looked at my water heater and quickly concluded that I needed a new pilot assembly. They made me wait a few days because they didn’t have the part, and wanted an additional $285 to replace a $35 part. I didn’t have a good feeling about the training/experience of these plumbers and I was proven right. The part they replaced wasn’t even the problem. They called the manufacturer and were told that it might be the gas valve. All along they did not know how to diagnose the problem by themselves. They relied on the manufacturer for advice both times. Then they offered me to replace the whole unit for $1,680 but at this point I was not interested on their overpriced and unreliable service. In the end I did decide to replace the water heater but I hired a different company who did it for a much more reasonable $300 plus the cost of the water heater.

- You didn’t charge me for the replacement part because I convinced you not to. Otherwise I would have spent $$$ for nothing.
- Yes, the other company I hired is licensed, insured and has 20+ years experience.
- And no, to say that I was rude to the plumbers is a complete lie and they can confirm that. You are just trying to discredit my review.

We tried to sublease a commercial office space, but the bathroom was in a mess and had been that

Edwin is the 3rd plumber I've used across the last 5 years and he will be the only plumber I will be using moving forward. His prices are great, he's very polite and I have been very satisfied with the three times I've used him this year since my friend recommended him. I high recommend him for anyone in search of someone who gets the job done right at a fair price.

Elias is 2nd generation that understands he must continue good work to continue good name. Top of the line equipment. Fast, polite, neat, and ready to explain. Used water jet to clear sewer line after camera review. 3 roots will slow down a sewer apparently.

Will use him again and again when necessary.

Rescue Plumbing fixed a problem for me that two other plumbers told me I would just have to live with....my garbage disposal was leaking into my dishwasher. Pete and Noah were quick and professional. After heavy rains I had a sewer back up in my basement. Victor and Eric arrived the same day we called them and quickly identified the problem and dislodged multiple branches from rodding the pipes.
