Pat (#1899) was great! He showed up about 20 minutes after I called to schedule my appointment, which is record time for a plumber. He was able to replace my corroded sink pipes and install my new faucet quickly. Safe to say, I won't have water in my kitchen cabinets tonight. While originally, the intention was to just replace the leaking hose of my kitchen sink, I didn't want to wait until another day (and be sinkless) while a custom hose was obtained, so he gave me the option to go purchase another faucet at Home Depot while he was working on my sink. Pat was very nice and personable, and he even took the time to explain how to use my new and shiny faucet. I didn't ever feel like he was rushing through the job. If Pat could be the plumber I called regularly, that would be great!

Most recently, Vanguard came to replace old shut-off valves for a few leaky sinks at our condo. They were timely and completed the project while paying attention to every single detail. Then, we received a call following up the next day to double check the leaks were fixed!

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. It was such a pleasure to work with Joe! He was extremely responsive in setting up our appointment. He showed up on time, prepared with all of the materials necessary for repairs. He was extremely polite, so much as announcing every time he came in from his truck (we left our garage door open), so we knew it was him and not an intruder entering our home.
