Best Plumber Repair in Chicago IL

Called Rescue for a slow-draining toilet. The plumber was rude and preferred to lecture us about our poor choices in plumbing brands rather than work on the problem. Not professional, not helpful, not acceptable.

Pete and Noah unclogged my outside drain quickly and were a great help in heading off future problems with the system. They were also very friendly and pleasant to talk to.

The expert plumber and the crew were super professional and I felt great knowing that a professional team fixed my leak and installed my new water heater. I recommend what they do.

A drain in my basement was draining slowly and the p-trap of the drain appeared to be broken. I called the plumber in to dig up the floor around the drain and put in a new pipe with a p-trap. They dug up the pipe and found some problems with the connection to the sewer. They had to do more extensive repairs than first suspected. They completed the job in a day and a half and the price came in higher than the estimate but about what I expected given the additional work. The basement floor was restored with a layer of concrete around the new drain cover.

The crew was prompt, friendly, professional and took extra time to figure out what was really going wrong with our sewer/drainage system. I can't recommend them enough!

I recently called Plumbers 911 because I was having trouble with my sump pump. They responded very quickly and were very professional. I then contacted them again because my garbage disposal broke. Once again they responded quickly. I highly recommend Plumbers 911!

In Feb 2020, I had APEX uninstall/install a kitchen sink (Jobs 43521 & 43503), which was not a good experience. I provided a review to APEX on 04Feb2020, to which APEX stated that they take their reviews seriously and that my 'claim' to have spent over $1000 for poor service was inaccurate (see attached screenshot).
1. I have attached receipts of these two jobs to confirm that my original 1-star review did state the correct payment amount (over $1000).
2. Today (26April2021), 14 months later - this sink is now leaking.

I called APEX today explaining the situation and they stated that they have a 12-month warranty on their work and that they will charge me again to fix the leak. I understand that plumbing company's must have these types of policies and I am not trying to be unreasonable by expecting them to treat me as a special exeption.

However, after my original review for poor-value/workmanship being called 'inaccurate' by APEX AND a subsequently having leaking sink after only 14 months of completed work speaks for itself.

Friday morning All Pro Plumbing reviewed a video of a tub drain leaking into the basement of my home. Saturday, 10am Joe and Bill arrive at my home wearing masks (due to the Covid-19 virus alert). I showed them the leak. They told me what needed to be done and it was consistent with what other companies were telling me (replace pipping with PVC). At 1:30pm they were finished. They cleaned up all the dust and lath they had to break through to do the job correctly. They showed me how the new tub drain held water. They showed me the new PVC piping had no leaks. In looking at their work it was very neat, very clean, very nice. Also, they didn't remove their masks until they were outside. I'm very happy with All Pro Plumbing. So, for any future plumbing concerns I may have, my first (and hopefully only) call will be to All Pro Plumbing.

SO glad our search finally got us to Bert! He was easy to communicate with, professional, thorough, and most of all, super friendly and easy to talk to. He armed us with knowledge (and a product!) to prevent our sewer line from getting severely clogged with roots again and even pointed out that our upstairs toilet was leaking, which we had no idea was happening. 10/10, will be calling him for all our sewer maintenance moving forward. Not only were they able to come out same day and fix all my small projects around the house, the technician was quick to point out easy workarounds for many of my issues that not just resolved the issues, but saved me money. Recently I had another issue that I called them about, instead of sending out a tech and billing me- they reached out to their team with my issues and called me back to give me some instructions to try on my own to see if I could resolve it myself. Lo and behold, their tips were right and they saved me time/money/frustration once again. Honest, fast, great value- can't recommend them enough.

Zach and Lowell arrived out to do some preventative upkeep on my furnace/ Unit as well as replace the loud condensation pump. Both guys were funny and professional, they didn't speak down on me for not knowing about my system. They briefed me on what they found in clear, easy to understand terms, let me know how I could support prevent my new pump from failing in the future as well as things that I should keep an eye on for the future with the age of my system. Top notch people, its always refreshing to have professionals who don't lord over you with their knowledge and experience and leave you feeling stupid. Zach and Lowell were amazing!

Can't say enough good things about the experience. Had an ejector pump that failed after hours. I called Loves Plumbing and Sewer and John Love (owner which was unbeknownst to me at the time) answered the phone, was patient with my questions, and highly knowledgeable in his responses. John came out early the next morning, fixed the problem and walked me through the work being performed.
