First Chicago Plumbing gave us a quote based on pictures we sent, at no charge. The final bill matched the estimate exactly (aside from the fact that they discovered on-site that we needed a new garbage disposal--which, parts and labor, was an additional $320). Very thorough, and they walked us through everything. The price was very fair.

I've used this company for several years.They assisted me with two major issues with my sewer. Paul is very knowledgeable. They got the city involved and got my sewer problem solved. I called due to my sewer line backing up, they came the same day despite the fact that they were very busy. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone that ha plumbing needs.Their crew was polite and professional.

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.

Jorge was professional, thorough, and fast. This is the third or fourth time we've had him come do work at our house and we will ask for him personally every time we call right away! Just outstanding.

We called more than a week ago to get an appointment. Appointment day comes, appointment window closes, neither hide nor hair of anyone from this company. I tried calling them in the last 15 minutes of the appt window, and the exceedingly rude answering service simply asks, Is your appointment window done yet? Well no. Then call back after it's past and no one shows up. Worthless. Call again after the window passes, I'm on hold for 10 minutes, same lady answers and tells us the service person will call. 20 more minutes he calls to tell us he never had a ticket with us. Now I have to wait until Monday for THEM to call ME back, most likely to wait another week for an appt. Nothing during the week of course because they have banker's hours and it costs time and a half for anything after 5pm, you know, when most people are home and available. The available 24 hours is a lie, anything outside of banker's hours will cost you an arm and a leg. Worthless. Save yourself time and frustration, find another company.

My husband and I called rescue plumbers to look into a potential clogged drain under our stacked washer/dryer unit. We were initially told someone would be out same day between 10-1 and then they had to reschedule because they would need a dolley to move said washer/dryer. We called back to confirm only to find they completely cancelled our request. After making a new one we were told someone would be coming out between 4-6. No one came during that time. They eventually game around 8pm.. with no dolley!! They told us it would cost $800 alone to move the W/D without doing any work. Needless to say we went with another company. Do not recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Rescue Plumbing. Dex was able to come out the same evening and replace a leaking gas valve behind my stovetop. He was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. Thank you!

Unquestionably the best service experience I've had! The previous repair guy had no idea what was wrong and wanted me to replace the whole system. Mr. Burris fixed it like new in five minutes AND gave me priceless advice and instructions on how to prevent the problem in the future.

A few days ago I contacted Mike from Full Circle Plumbing & Sewer. He came out to our association in Lakeview as was fantastic! He was cordial & friendly not just over the phone, but in person. He was on-time, and, he wanted to ensure he got the lay of the land as he assessed our issue - wasn't cocky as though he knew everything. His experience, patience & professionalism showed as he took the time to explain our issue in layman's terms, but not in a condescending manner. I felt comfortable with him & strongly advise anyone to contact Mike to any of your plumbing needs!

The individual that handled our plumbing issue was very professional and with a bona fide skillset! Please do not use friends, relatives, etc. who are not bonded and PROFESSIONALS! Leave this work to PROFESSIONALS! To not do so possibly will cost you thousands, headaches and marriage drama! I am very pleased with W&W Plumbing and wish I had known of them earlier because my wife and I have been dealing with nothing by shysters! We will be rocking with W&W Plumbing from here on. Again, today's service was excellent with an individual who was very upfront about our plumbing dilemma! Reminder, do not use friends, relatives, etc. who are not bonded and PROFESSIONALS! OR ELSE!!!!! :(
