Best New Toilet in Chicago IL

Rescue Plumbing really impressed me with its customer service. First, they dispatched a team to address our toilet issue on the day I called for assistance. Our toilet reeked from seepage at the bottom. Logan and Kevin of Rescue Plumbing came within a couple of hours and within the estimated window of time provided to me. Second, Logan did a fantastic job helping me understand the problem and the fix that had to be done along with the cost estimate breakdown. On the spot, they did the job with a high level or professionalism, efficiency, and customer focus. I'm writing this after the day of service to verify that the problem has been really addressed. Yup, all good. Now I have a go-to team and company for plumbing services.

Just had Pete and his son come out for an estimate to run a gas line to my laundry closet to hookup a dryer. He was very honest in that the significant cost to convert the dryer from electric to gas was not worth it, and that I should just switch the outlet from 110v to 220v. Other plumbers might have pushed me to into the job, but I really appreciate him being truthful with what’s necessary, especially since I know nothing about plumbing. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

I've used John Baethke Plumbing for 3 years now. They are always on time, very organized and detailed oriented and give a fair price.

Can not speak highly enough of Vanguard Plumbing after just having my new water heater installed. Jan was most professional in giving me a detailed estimate which I compared with several other companies in the area and ended up choosing them because of the fair pricing and top quality products they use. George did a fantastic job installing the heater with a custom run of pipes and amazing attention to every detail along the way. Highly recommend these guys and will be surely calling them again for any future plumbing needs or renovation projects.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The plumber came at the time he was expected (which dies not happen with other plumbers I have used in the past). Goode Plumbing is a top notch service provider from start to finish. Alex came out to do an estimate and took time to listen to my issue/concerns and offered multiple options in regards to cost and timeliness. Ian came out on two days with a different apprentice each day (David, Ashton). They were by far the most professional, respectful , and friendly young tradesmen that have ever passed through our home. Their attention to detail shows in the quality of their work. We will use Goode Plumbing again for future projects.

I had an additional issue with a new kitchen faucet recently installed and Mr Flores was quick to respond and set up another appointment to check the problem.

I called father and sons plumbing due to my kitchen sink backing up with grease, after attempting to rod my kitchen drain the plumber came to the conclusion that my problem was further down the line towards my catch basin and they offered Hydro jetting and took care of mediately of my grease problem I haven’t backed up since, I will call them back for any plumbing needs in the future!

I had a tenant who was not getting hot water. They scheduled the appointment as soon as possible. Logan called the next day and showed up when he said. Pete and his son Noah took out the largest hair clog I’ve ever seen and were in and out in 30 minutes. A bit on the expensive side compared to other plumbing companies I reached out to but better to pay once and have it done right then to pay twice.

I had a great experience with this company! The lady who answers the phone was very nice, they were able to come to my home the same day and were even a little early, and the technician that came out was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem ended up being a soft blockage so water was ran in shower and sink and toilet flushed several times and the problem was solved. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing! What a wonderful surprise! I will definitely use them again for any plumbing problems that arise.
