An above-and-beyond service experience with Josh and Rob. From the beginning, I received personable and friendly customer service; my appointment was moved sooner, the team arrived on-time, and communication was clear throughout. Josh and Rob were very respectful, making the much-appreciated effort of covering their shoes and laying down flooring for their workspace. Josh was patient in explaining the problems and providing options. He even took the time to help with extraneous tasks, like cleaning, replacing light bulbs and diagnosing a different faulty system. With this quality of service, we will continue to seek their expertise and recommend them to our friends. Thank you so much.

Jan at Vanguard Plumbing came highly recommended by a former colleague. I moved into an apartment with showers that needed repair and one ultimately a full replacement. Jan was most likely not the most affordable but the work was great. I live in an older loft apartment and he had to redesign shower jets that are on the side of the wall from scratch as the parts were no longer manufactured. This took quite a bit of time but in the end it was taken care of and works great. I'm definitely keeping Jan and Vanguard in my contacts for the future. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience with First Chicago Plumbing. The whole process went great. They were responsive and pleasant to talk with from the start. Quickly understood my issue and got me scheduled. The guys came to do the repair the following day. They were very nice and professional. Did an awesome job and would recommend them to anyone. My building had an issue with our heating system last week that was temporarily addressed during an emergency visit by a heating company, and Goode came out to provide a quote for full repair in addition to the previous quote we'd gotten from the heating company that came out the previous week.Even though the tech identified fairly early on that Goode would likely not be the right provider to resolve the issue (because we have a low-pressure steam system that requires a specialist), they still spent about half an hour walking around various components of the system and talking through potential causes, solutions, and functional information that was both incredibly helpful and very above and beyond what I expected from an estimation visit. They were able to identify a number of things that the other heating specialist company had not investigated, recommended a few other companies that might be able to help if we needed additional estimates or work done, and offered a few options that Goode could offer to try and help things if we were interested, but were in no way pushing anything.I'm not sure I've ever had a tech come out that was this professional, educational, and helpful for an estimation visit. While they didn't perform work, I cannot express how impressed I was with how they handled the situation. They are now on our short list of plumbing vendors for future work.

Edwin replaced a whole-house water filter and two faucets. He was extremely responsive when we initially called, and even came by the same day to give us an estimate for the work. He came the following week to do the work and showed up on time - he even called to tell us he was on his way. It seemed like he did everything the way he would in his own home. He was careful and diligent. One of the faucets he replaced was old and corroded and was difficult to remove but he did a beautiful job with everything. We're extremely please with his work. He's also a very nice person. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Andy showed up on time and was very professional. Fixed one of my toilets and provided suggestion on how I could fix the other one myself. Appreciate his honesty .

They are responsive and know well what they are doing from handling the calls to finishing the job, not to mention very reasonable pricing when compared to others.

My bathtub faucet was dripping and needed a cartridge replaced. Logan came out, assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job.

The final job came in at estimate and the repair completely fixed the problem. I'm very happy with the service provided as well as the communication. I intend to use Rescue Plumbing for any future plumbing projects.

Had Ken from Sam's Plumbing And Rodding install a new kitchen sink and fix a leak in the bathtub. He was extremely courteous and professional. The company was quick to send him back after I wanted him to check on the fix the next day, no charges. He made recommendations on things I could change but didn’t push for any “fixes”. Very satisfied overall with the work and with the company.

Call to make an appointment on Friday and was given a time frame between 10 and 12 today. Not only did no one showed up, I was given a call 5 minutes before 12pm and no one showed up as mentioned. When speaking to Burris, he mentioned to me that he never shows up although that's what I was told would happened and he also mentioned that he had a doctor's appointment which to me didn't make sense if you knew this upfront then why give me the time frame. It's unfortunate that this happens a lot with black owned businesses and this is part of the reason why it's difficult to do business with black owners when you have this lack of professionalism and lack of people showing up when making appointments. It really sucks because, all of the reviews and feedback were promising but I guess everyone's experience is different. Would not Recommend!

We used Loves Plumbing for an extensive renovation project and we can't say enough great things about the work that was done. We had a BIG project and lived in the house while the project took place, which can obviously make for a stressful experience. John was tremendously helpful in making sure we were taken care of throughout the project even going out of his way to text and follow up with us on nights and weekends to ensure we were managing ok. John was timely, honest, straight forward and was great to work with; he is our recommendation to friends and family.
