Our tech, Vanessa, came out to rod the sewer line and remove tree roots. Unfortunately the roots are so bad another method has to be used on a different day. But Vanessa was thorough and tried several approaches before she had to stop. I appreciate that she offered options every step of the way, as well as her professionalism and friendliness. She also diagnosed a problem with the toilet and got it resolved quickly. Even though we're going to need follow-up work, we are still very happy with this service technician.

Good workmanship by a knowledgeable plumber. Job involved installation of two wax rings, along with new bolts, and removal of excess silicone around the base, so that I can spot future leaks. The plumber evaluated the flange and found no replacement needed at present. He also provided photos of the toilet's condition before and after the repair.

The dispatcher was kind and prompt with the appointment time. A plumber was sent who managed to to fix the issues within a short period of time. I was impressed with the quality of their work and I would definitely contact him again for any future plumbing issues.

This last time, we had our laundry sink overflow and after clearing the drain, he correctly identified the problem as overflow from our catch basin. I spent two days waiting for someone to show up. The first day they said the technician was delayed at a job, so we rescheduled. The following day I spend 4 hrs waiting and nobody calls. I call and they say oh that technician called in sick today. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of others time.

He has completed a re-piping job in the past and recently completed a project that was causing water damage from my second floor washroom down to a first floor bedroom. A basement flooding after rain storms and a simple catch basin pump out and cleaning resulted in other issues causing the flooding. Turns out my mainline was clogged so then l had them rod it out but issue still persistent because water did not drain after rodding, Jeremy was persistent and wasn't gonna leave me like that so he brought out the pressure jetter and it got the clog out all the way to the sewer and water level returned to normal, also gave me a deal to include the jetting price for the pumping and rodding price at no extra, l was so grateful

Apex plumbing saved our lives last week. Not only do they do amazing work, but they also bumped us up to number one on their waitlist to come out and fix many frozen pipes that had bursted in our condo building.

Highly recommend Sam and Savior Plumbers for their prompt and knowledgeable services and reasonable prices. They were the 3rd quote I had come out to fix a leaking kitchen faucet and the only ones who would execute to completion. We have bad shut off valves, and the other plumbers I called would not fix the faucet without a full building shut off. We will be replacing all our shut off valves with Sam and reaching out to Savior Plumbers first for all our future plumbing needs.

He was not available, but he recommended someone. Of all the plumbers we contacted for our Christmas emergency, he was the most helpful
