Was having an issue with our dishwasher not draining, called up Apex who said they could come out the next day for free estimate. Plumber named Chaz came out to my house, friendly personable guy who took his time and explained to me what the possible issues were and was upfront about costs. Clean cut friendly guy who fixed the problem right and in a timely manner and haven't had a problem since. I have their magnet on my fridge now, would definitely call again.

Being an out of town property owner can have its disadvantages. Finding an honest repair company can be like finding a needle in a haystack. My tenants water heater burst in our Wrigleyville rental while she was away on business leaving us to deal with Apex Plumbing over the phone. They understood the urgency of the situation and eased our anxiety about not being there in person. Giving total strangers access to your property while away is not easy to do.

Chas assessed the situation, took his time in explaining the scope of work, quoted me a price and quickly got to work. I was very concerned with the damage and mess that may have occurred because my tenant wasn't going to be back for a few weeks. Much to my surprise upon her return she reported that the work area was left clean and EVERYTHING she had left in her house was in its place. Chas and the Apex Plumbing crew sure came through for us. Affordable and trustworthy. Will use again..

Apex Plumbing to the rescue once again. My rental property on Belden was having sewer back up issues and I knew just who to call. Having proven themselves trustworthy and reliable over the years, I have given Apex a set of keys to the property so they can help me in urgent situations where access is needed fast. Shortly after calling them I received a phone call from the tech on site who explained that we needed to have the sewer rodded. I asked a few questions as to how to avoid this in the future and they were kind enough to offer some helpful preventive maintenance suggestions. I loved the fact that they weren't pushy in trying to sell me things and let me decide for myself based on the knowledge I have received. Thank you guys!!!

I was in need of several small jobs in an older house that we are trying to renovate. Dmitri was professional, and made great recommendations for us during his initial walk through. Understanding I am on a tight budget, Dmitri was happy to help with the installation of our shower feed lines, fixing aleak that had been problematic. Further, his technician did an amazing job installing our new toilet and his workmanship for the new piping was pristine. This is truly one of the few contractor experiences I've had that was without issue. I will certainly hire them again for our vlave replacement and new pipe installs throughout the rest of the house. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Sam at Chicago Water Heater and Pump Specialist. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on other items in the house that needed some repairs. I had Sam fix popcorn sound that was coming from my water heater and i have not heard a kernal popping since LOL. Great service, good price and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

The location in Lyons did a hydro jetting in June, my condo flooded again in July. I called six times for emergency service, nobody showed up. I spoke to the owner he said he would charge me if they came out. Not only did I have to pay someone else, but I had to pay for a very costly cleanup.

He also provided me with a detailed report of the repairs, which was helpful in understanding why my water heater failed.
