Pete and Noah were called in for an emergency water backup situation. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They walked me through what was going on and what they were doing because they needed to use a sewer camera. Let me tell you, I have fond respect for someone like Pete who’s been doing this for a while, had the professional courtesy to educate his clients and inform them every step of the way. Another quality plumbing repair by Vanguard! Our fridge water supply line sprung a leak, and after an appliance repair company declined to do the work, we called Vanguard. This was the second time we had engaged Vanguard, and the two-man crew was every bit as courteous, competent and professional this time as it was last time. They were punctual, wore shoe covers inside (and otherwise respected our property), worked diligently to replace the plastic supply line with a copper one, cleaned up after themselves, and performed the work in less time than estimated, saving us money. Plumbers even diagnosed and quickly fixed a small leak in our kitchen sink faucet, which was beyond the scope of the quoted work, and asked, “Anything else?” before leaving. I would not hesitate to use Vanguard again, or to recommend them. Highly professional!!

My sump pump was faulty and caused water damage in my basement due to about 2 -3 inches of water after heavy rains in late June 2018. Mr. Burris was very punctual and he quickly found the problem - a blockage caused by debris in my sump pump. He fixed my problem by simply cleaning the sump pump. His service was great and reasonable. I strongly recommend Burris and Sons! I will be using his service again.

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside.
