Had another company working on a condo building leak for a month and they couldn’t identify the problem. With one call in one morning, Pete and Izzy came out for an exploratory visit and a few hours later had identified the problem, fixed the leak, and helped establish a plan moving forward including contacting another company who is the next step of the process. I can’t overstate how professional and thorough the guys were today. Highly recommend.

Jan is amazing. I’ve hired a lot of contractors for various issues around the house but he is the only one that I have run across that I actually think really loves his trade and truly cares about the client that hired him.

I sent photos of the leaky pipe in my bathroom and he sent a quote quickly and job was done exactly as stated. I tend to helicopter any contractor that is doing work on my home because I would like to learn for future issues and Jan is beyond curious, professional, and very knowledgeable to any questions I had. This is actually the second time we have used Vanguard and Jan is by far the most efficient and friendliest contractor I’ve met.

It was truly amazing that 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The plumber showed up on time and was able to fix my sinks and broken faucet. The job was well done.

Goode helped us over a holiday weekend with an emergency plumbing issue that was causing major leaks into our home. They showed up within 30 minutes from our call, assessed issue and went the extra mile to ensure the repairs were completed that night as we had family staying with us for the holiday. Henry does great work, is prompt, and is a nice guy. He made the time to do two afterhours jobs for us - an outdoor spigot replacement/install and a kitchen drain repair. He completed all the work on the same day and stated late to make sure everything got done properly.

I called Kuhn Plumbing because I needed help with the leak coming from the ceiling. 2 plumbers arrived and inspected the water damage. They were very kind to wear shoe protectors before going inside our house. They figured the leak was coming from the hot water pipe supplying our hallway bathroom. The plumbers took their time and got their materials from their car. They did a good job. I only wish they finished the job at a short time (plumbers would go in and out of the house to get materials or supplies together). I was charged $701 for the pipe repair.

Manny was not only thorough but an amazing personality telling jokes while installing my bathroom vanity/faucet and kitchen sink. His work is tidy and an amazing value and my landlord swears by his work saying he is the best of the best. He did not rush and even if he had to go get parts after discovering more was needed he was committed to finishing the job still within a reasonable time.

These guys are top notch. They come out promptly and on-time! Pricing is very reasonable -- and no upselling! Logan in particular is professional and easy to work with. Thanks again!

I can't say enough good things about John Love and his team. We had a very bad situation in our basement and John was able to come over the same day. Because it was such an emergency, he rearranged some thing so that he could address it for us immediately. He has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and has been helping us stay calm the whole time. Pleasant experience working with Greg. He’s very knowledgeable and listens to his clients needs. Clean cuts on the ceramic tile wall resulting in less work needed to drywall by a handyman.

Mike is awesome. My kitchen drain failed and within 40 min of calling him he came out to my house to see the issue. This was at like 7pm at night as well. The whole drain pipe needed to be replaced all the way down to my basement. Mike came out at 8am the next morning with another guy and both of them worked hard for a good 4-5 hours and installed a brand new drain. It was a big job. Mike is priced very fair in my opinion as well. The quality of the work is top notch. I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing.
