Sam & Rick came to fix a broken pipe in my kitchen, super fast, very informative when they were finished and work was perfect. Called late Wednesday and they came Thursday morning, quick response and very professional.

The team was very thorough and was able to fix the gas leaks quickly to help get the gas turned back on for my family to be safe.

I talked to Jan to have both ejector pumps in my home replaced. I was also planning on getting the anode rod in my water heater replaced, however, due to its placement and the difficulty in getting access to the old one, I decided to against it. I definitely appreciated the time Jan took to discuss options and he wasn't pressuring me to go in one direction or another. After that, he quickly gave me an estimate for the ejector pump replacement, got it scheduled, and ended up charging less because the job took 1.5 hours less than estimated.

This place is amazing!! I had two 100 gallon commercial heaters that were leaking from the bottom and needed immediate repair. I called Rocket Plumbing and they came out same day and got the job done. Excellent communication and the guys were really funny and down to earth. Definitely recommend 100000%

Tech did a great job clearing our underground drains to the storm sewer from our downspouts. Hydro-jetted, scoped with camera, had to detach downspouts and cleared one out by hand of a significant clog. Price was very reasonable. Explained all work and was agreeable to checking additional problem areas to make sure we didn't miss anything.

John Love (the plumber and owner) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We found him on Google bc of his good reviews- decided to give him a try- the reviews are accurate! John showed up on time, communication was clear throughout the process and he immediately found the old rotting pipe within the ceiling of our basement- it was very apparent he has a lot of experience working with older homes just like our 1916 Bungalow. He did a thorough job, kept the basement and work area spotless, even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with his job. Ben did a great job and was very friendly. Showed up exactly on time and replaced our moldy water heater in a few short hours. Everything done in one visit. They cleaned up after themselves and were very informative.

Matt is a great guy with an awesome team. I've been managing a building for the last three years and give them a call whenever a plumbing issue pops up. It seems like it is always a ASAP situation and they always work to fit me into the schedule. Matt and his team have always been friendly and professional.
