Pete and Noah were great. Came right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and had all the necessary parts to complete the repair an hour from when they arrived. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

So I called in asking for some pricing on installing a hot-water tank. I was told they could not give a ball-park figure over the phone and I had to pay for an $89 inspection fee first even though my home is just down the street from their main office. I also told them that I was not pleased with a previous quote I was given by Home Depot of over $600. I agreed to the $89 inspection charge as the dispatch person sounded honest and very friendly. After waiting for them for almost the entire day, a get a call mid-afternoon from their dispatch telling me that the owner wanted me to know that the job was probably going to cost $1000 and asking if I still wanted to schedule the appointment. Do I really have to waste anymore time here, giving my answer to that silly question? Why couldn't they just tell me that yesterday instead of making me waste my day waiting on them? Horrible customer service and worse, a horrible way to treat home owners in your very own neighborhood. I imagine that with those prices, they are probably taking advantage of the elderly or some very rich people who don't care about spending a $1000 bucks on something that will take no more than a few hours of work. Outrageous, but at the very least they saved me from paying their $89 inspection fee.

I honestly cannot rave enough about my great experience with Rocket Plumbing! My service tech was Jimmy and he was an absolute life saver. Before I even get into the experience, I love the fact that you can track where and how far with an ETA of when the service technician is to arrive (this was a godsend with a newborn at home). Once Jimmy arrived as indicated, he took his calculated time to see where the issue at hand was. My issue, that was thankfully resolved, was a floor drain overflowing. Jimmy was able to identify where the clean out was and cleared out the obstruction. They even have the option of a live camera feed within your pipes to see how extent the damage could be which I completely jumped on for piece of mind (roots, etc.) All I can say is I very likely did the same thing as you when faced with this issue and did a mad dash to Home Depot when the flooding occurred. Simply put, sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and call a professional which Jimmy and Rocket Plumbing was for me and my family. You will not be disappointed.

We called more than a week ago to get an appointment. Appointment day comes, appointment window closes, neither hide nor hair of anyone from this company. I tried calling them in the last 15 minutes of the appt window, and the exceedingly rude answering service simply asks, Is your appointment window done yet? Well no. Then call back after it's past and no one shows up. Worthless. Call again after the window passes, I'm on hold for 10 minutes, same lady answers and tells us the service person will call. 20 more minutes he calls to tell us he never had a ticket with us. Now I have to wait until Monday for THEM to call ME back, most likely to wait another week for an appt. Nothing during the week of course because they have banker's hours and it costs time and a half for anything after 5pm, you know, when most people are home and available. The available 24 hours is a lie, anything outside of banker's hours will cost you an arm and a leg. Worthless. Save yourself time and frustration, find another company.

I needed to replace my kitchen undermount sink and faucet on a granite countertop. I called Rescue Plumbing and Pete and Noah were able to come over the next day.
After an evaluation they told me everything I needed to know and what my options were and quoted a price for the job.
I decided to get it done right away and so they did. I am very pleased with the outcome and Pete and Noah were very nice.
I would totally recommend them and I’ll definitely call them in the future if needed.

When my family and I moved in to our new house we were unaware that there would be a host of plumbing issues that required immediate attention. I called around to get quotes and not only did these guys give me the best price but Mike was the guy who actually took the time to explain what was going on and lay out all my options clearly so we could come up with a plan that worked for us and our budget. I will use these guys anytime something comes up with my house and it’s old, old pipes. Friendly, professional, honest; for someone like me who knows nothing at all about plumbing I needed to have someone I can trust to usher me through these issues as they came up. Mike has been and will be my guy if/when anything comes up again but since his last visit everything has been working perfectly. A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!

WARNING!! TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE APEX Plumbing and Sewer Services!!!! They improperly installed a sump pump in my finished basement in May 2022. They DO NOT back there services! I have tried to reach the owners on 3 occasions to explain that the pump failed after 10 months and got no call back. A more reputable company came in and explained to me that their was work was sloppy and not properly installed. Specifically. they did not replace a broken check valve and did not properly fasten and seal the sump pump cover. Plus the fact that their Made in China pump failed and refused to contact me and explain themselves after I sought a partial refund. I paid $2500 for this work which took less than a hour for them to complete. Also a ridiculous amount given a pump casts approx. $500. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! I am reporting them to BBB and I warn anybody to use a more reputable company. Notice how they only respond to positive reviews. A clear sign that they sre not a reputable company..
