We have used Vanguard Plumbing for a variety of plumbing issues. We have been impressed with the immediate response to our calls and prompt turn around in fixing the plumbing problems. We had a bit of a list when I called - slow drains, old pipe in the basement, needed new fixtures - and Rocket came and did it all the next day! The impossible burger is legit!!

My water pipeline broke and we were all scared about the leakage in the basement and where all it has damaged. But luckily Apex plumbing & Sewer guys did a good job and found the root cause of the leakage and fixed it before it damaged anything. Thanks guys really appreciate your help.

This is the third time this year we’ve had J. Blanton on property for our plumbing projects. Every time we have something else arise we already know who to hire for the job. We’ve been completely satisfied with their professional work and friendly technicians.

I don't know what kind of stars to give - because they did not come to our house. They said that there would be a charge just for coming to the house without being able to give even a ball park estimate of the cost. I asked to provide a ball park estimate of the cost of rodding a downspout line - and said I wouldn't hold them to it, and they said that they could not even give a ball park estimate over the phone. I can understand wanting to know the situation - but I found services that would come out at zero charge, assess the situation and then give an estimate. Paying $99 to get someone just to show up without having any idea what it might cost after than doesn't make sense to me.

How refreshing to have a business run in such a straightforward and professional manner. The girl on the phone was very nice and was very clear about how they operate. Our serviceman, who's name i don't remember, was just as nice and very clear about what he was going to do and for what price. Plus, my backed up drain is now running freely. What else can you ask for.

Had them out to reseal my toilet. Chaz was friendly, and was out at my house in under an hour. Did not mind me hovering over him asking questions either.

I woke up to a busted shower that wouldn't shut off. I called Matt, and he answered immediately, arrived quickly, and diagnosed/fixed the problem on the spot. Suffice it to say - I will be calling Full Circle for all of my future plumbing needs.

Savior Plumbers installed all new supply, sanitary, gas lines and all plumbing fixtures in the rehab of my home. Very organized and professional. All their work was clean and I will hire them again when I start renovating the basement.

I’d called another company who quoted ridiculous amounts and frankly the guy who came out try to oversell me. Garrity had installed a hot water heater quickly for our condo building, so I called for new seals on my toilets. They were quick, efficient, well priced and on time. You cannot ask for better. If I ever need anything else in Chicago for plumbing - I’ll always call them. Thanks!!

I've used their services twice and both times have been smooth and easy. They are SUPER fast to respond via the Yelp interface and if you call them they will connect you with a technician within the hour. In both cases, we had someone out within either an hour or two for an assessment. The latest call was for a kitchen sink emergency and Gabriel was out within 2 hours, made the assessment super quick, explained the issue and solve very thoroughly, and was back the next morning to fix everything. He was done within an hour -- sooner than expected -- and was careful to clean up any debris from the job and left the space better than he found it. Highly recommend Captain Rooter and Gabriel!

I have several complaints about service to replace a broken water heater:
1. I discovered J Roque charged me $400 over the listing price of the new water heater. I discovered this by doing internet research and matching the Model Number with unit sold to me on a plumbing supply website. When I asked Mr. Roque to see the invoice for the unit he purchased and sold to me, he refused to show it to me.
2. Mr. Roque estimated that the work to install the water heater would cost $500-$1000 for labor and supplies plus the cost of the new water heater. Mr. Roque's men didn't know how to install the unit, they took more time to install than estimated, and I overheard them calling the manufacturer for help several times. Mr. Roque billed me in full for the extra time at $2700. His men also damaged my ceiling and floor in trying to install the new unit. When I challenged Mr. Roque about the damage and the bill, he yelled at me and refused to reduce the bill.
3. I refused to pay the bill in full, and Mr. Roque immediately put a lien on my property causing me additional hardship.
This is without a doubt the worst plumbing service I have ever worked with and I will never go back.

Tom was late to the appointment, although he did keep me notified as to when he was coming. I was about to cancel and I am glad I didn’t. Thought this was a simple job but it was not. He had tried two different remedies, none of which worked. He let me know the contractor that did my kitchen installed the pipes incorrectly and he couldn’t get to the clog with traditional methods. He finally used a tool that removed the clog. He worked upstairs and down, being very thorough. Also cleaned up and was reasonable with the charge. Also he was honest about something else I thought I needed done, he said probably not. Would definitely recommend using Blue Line.

Ive had 3 different plumbers over the last year come out and trouble shoot our water pressure issues. No solution offered was under $4k and some were as high as $30k+. Ive seen the Plumbing Department vehicles around and thought id try for one more opinion. The plumber who showed up was clean cut, professional in appearance and communication and went right to work to assess the possible cause. Not only did this company solve the problem in under an hour, he did it for a miniscule fraction of what ive been quoted. Honestly felt like i didnt spend anything at all. MY NEW FAVORITE! Absolutely give them a chance to be your plumber if you need service. They are top notch. Thank you!!!

The drain in my kitchen sink was very clogged. The drain was fully restored after the plumbers arrived on time, thoroughly explained everything, and performed augering and hydro-jetting. They discovered the cleanout, which was tucked away in the basement behind a wall. Great customer service at a fair price.
