Best Heating System Installation in Chicago IL

They charged $400 per hour to fix a wobbly toilet. Not an emergency and not on a weekend.They do a good job and are polite. But very expensive. Would not recommend to a friend or neighbor

Joshef was very organised arriving and undertaking the job in hand. He also gave advice on other plumbing issues whilst completing the job of which I was thankful for. I would recommend his company to others in safe knowledge his work is excellent

Very responsible and responsible

I called Mr. Burris late at night when I came home from work and discovered I had no heat. First thing the next morning Mr. Burris came to my house personally. He very quickly got all of my radiator heaters/ boiler working. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He knew immediately what was wrong with my heat! I will always call Mr. Burris for any of my hearing, or plumbing in the future. While he was here he also gave me a great referral for some electrical work that I need done in my home. He went over and above and I can truly say that this has been my best home repair service that I have gotten since I moved to Chicago

I found this company from Google and it had good reviews. I was in need and just kept my fingers crossed while I dialed the number... needless to say, the reviews were sooooo right!!!! I can’t thank them enough! Everything went great and the entire team was so nice and helpful! I REALLY hope you give them a call. Great Company. Excellent service. CJ has been working on my house for years, there is no one I would trust for my plumbing needs. Dmitri is profession in ever sense of the word. Whether its maintenance or new service I only use CJ.

Brandon was awesome. Came out within an hour of me calling and was able to get my drain unclogged. Would definitely have them out again.

Joe was able to come out the same day I called him about a water leak. He diagnosed the source of the leak, and was upfront in saying that it may be a couple days before he could get to fixing it (I understand that he has a busy schedule, and this is very short notice). The great thing is that he proactively referred me to other plumbers and contractors, and even checked in with me a few days later. This is outstanding customer service, and I appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile. Joe will be the first person I call the next time there is a plumbing issue!

I would not recommend using their service for several reason and based on a recent experience I had with them:
1. The person who came to my place to help with rodding the main sewage was rude and unprofessional.
2. Although I already told him the problem and the fact that the way to get there is through the street main basin, he came over and charged me the consultation fee of 100$ just to confirm what I already told him.
3. They are not honest. He told me the city would not allow using the main basin at all and would fine me 50k$ if we do so. I called Evanston Building Department the next day and they said they usually don’t have any problem with that as long as they get a call and be informed.
4. They are not good at what they do. He didn’t check to see what the other options would be to rod the pipe. He just wanted to get the 100$ and get out ASAP. I called another company an hour later, the evaluated the sewage system in detail and determined a way to get the job done and fixed the issue on the same day (on the weekend).
