Best Garbage Disposal Plumber in Chicago IL

They are wonderful! We purchased a home last month and already needed help with a sink. Explained everything and long term fixes that will eventually need to be done. I will be using Rescue Plumbing again for sure.

Can’t thank Rescue Plumbing enough for saving me! My toilet wouldn’t flush and backing up into tub. Bob and Santos came to my house on time, explained the problem and got me flowing in no time. Thank you Bob and Santos!

I was scheduled to have an appointment from noon to 2 pm today. No one showed up at 2:30. I called, they told me they are backed up. I asked them for an approximate time they will be here, no answer. I called them every hour for an update. Finally, at 6 o’clock when I called them, they told me they won’t be coming today. I told them I am waiting for them due to a plumbing emergency while skipping to visit my mom at ICU tonite. What a horrible and non reliable service.

Brian, the owner, was displeased with a review I wrote on Yelp and left me the following message, Elizabeth, there is something seriously wrong with you. After our conversation today and now seeing what you have written, I actually prefer that you leave the review up as a daily reminder of how black your heart must be on the inside. You are a sadistic control freak and I feel very, very sorry for anyone affiliated with you. Seriously, seek help. No, really, seek help. I cannot say enough good things about Edwin and his company. He takes what he does seriously and respects his customers’ time and needs. His work is outstanding, his prices are always reasonable, he is on time and he is easy to reach. I highly recommend him!

I called Plumbers 911 for a clogged tub. The plumber showed up when promised and did a great job, quickly with no hassles or mess. I will definetly use them again when i need a plumber.

Aidan arrived on time and attacked the issue and explained in detail all the hows and whys of what he was doing to correct my non draining sink .
He got it cleared and its working better than is has for years now .
I would call Apex again and they are now my go to for any plumbing issues I may encounter in the future . Please note it was a Saturday and he was there on time too !

Recommend Go-Rooter for everyone to use. I had a leaking toilet issue in the rental place and I called Go-Rooter. Alex, the plumber, gave a quick call back and provided me his availability for the same day. The communication was efficient and easy. During the work, he provided me the timely update on the work via phone when I couldn't be there. He also sent the photos of the clean up and the root cause of the problem as I requested. The entire process was smooth and clear. The charge is also flat rate based on the work.

Vincent did a great job installing my toilet and was very easy to work with given all of my mishaps thank you!

My water bill increased almost triple the amount and at 7:30pm he showed up that same night to assess the problem. He showed up on time, crawled under the house and he assured me that there was no leak and further more proved it by showing us the meter. He could've been dishonest and said there was an issue but he didn't. Also all communication was via the yelp app and through text which was super convenient for me.

Bert is honest, knowledgeable, affordable, and reliable. I've used him in the past as well and his works stands for itself. I wouldn't call anybody else. Thanks again Bert!

We called more than a week ago to get an appointment. Appointment day comes, appointment window closes, neither hide nor hair of anyone from this company. I tried calling them in the last 15 minutes of the appt window, and the exceedingly rude answering service simply asks, Is your appointment window done yet? Well no. Then call back after it's past and no one shows up. Worthless. Call again after the window passes, I'm on hold for 10 minutes, same lady answers and tells us the service person will call. 20 more minutes he calls to tell us he never had a ticket with us. Now I have to wait until Monday for THEM to call ME back, most likely to wait another week for an appt. Nothing during the week of course because they have banker's hours and it costs time and a half for anything after 5pm, you know, when most people are home and available. The available 24 hours is a lie, anything outside of banker's hours will cost you an arm and a leg. Worthless. Save yourself time and frustration, find another company.

We had Mike out this morning to repair our sump pump. Basically an emergency plumbing issue that couldn’t wait. He was prompt, fast and explained everything in detail. We are now back up and running! Thank you!

John was great from the beginning. Before we even hired him, I sent John some pictures of some work my neighbor was having done very close to my property line and John came out that day to make sure the other company wasn't interfering with anything on my end and he was actually able to get the city inspector over the same day just to double check the neighbors work as well. As far as my work goes, John and his guys did amazing work. Only took them 2 days to finish installing a flapper(parital flood control system) in my front yard. I would 100% recommend John @ Loves Plumbing and Sewer. I am actually going to hire him again soon to install plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement.

WARNING!! TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE APEX Plumbing and Sewer Services!!!! They improperly installed a sump pump in my finished basement in May 2022. They DO NOT back there services! I have tried to reach the owners on 3 occasions to explain that the pump failed after 10 months and got no call back. A more reputable company came in and explained to me that their was work was sloppy and not properly installed. Specifically. they did not replace a broken check valve and did not properly fasten and seal the sump pump cover. Plus the fact that their Made in China pump failed and refused to contact me and explain themselves after I sought a partial refund. I paid $2500 for this work which took less than a hour for them to complete. Also a ridiculous amount given a pump casts approx. $500. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! I am reporting them to BBB and I warn anybody to use a more reputable company. Notice how they only respond to positive reviews. A clear sign that they sre not a reputable company.. Very pleased! After receiving an extremely high quote from another company, I called Matt this morning to see if someone could come out. He answered all of my questions (there were several) and explained exactly what they would need to do while providing a few different part / price options. When Gabriel arrived he had everything up and running within 30minutes. He did a fantastic job!!! I highly recommend Full Circle Plumbing. Thanks again, Matt & Gabriel.
