Best Frozen Water Line Repair in Chicago IL

We've hired these guys a few times for a number of jobs. They're professional and get the job done. I feel like the prices might be a bit high, but it's hard to compare, as we usually just go with them.

One thing I love, as a home owner hiring people to do various work - they're not stuck in the stone age. I can schedule online, they send emails and texts with pictures of who is showing up, they send emails with pictures and videos of the job, and other things that make the whole deal more convenient.

This is the best, and will always be the best, service for any type of work done to our home. Not only were they extremely honest, but compassionate towards our tough situation. In addition, we were 100% reassured that choosing Rotor-Rooter as our 'go-to' for these situations will never end in regret. Thanks so much Danny (2153) and Greg. I called Rocket Plumbing on Monday. They sent me a quote that night based on what I told them the issue was. The quote was in line with other plumbers I contacted. Went with Rocket because they're right down the street from my house and I'm glad I did. The tech came out and realized the issue was a quick 5 minute fix. Took care of it for me, didn't try to upsell and didn't even charge me for the work because it was so simple. I wasn't expecting that but definitely appreciate it. They'll be my first call in the future when I need any other work done. Don't expect free service when you call but you can expect to be taken care of the right way by local, honest guys. I highly recommend them!

Jose T. made the first visit to discuss radiator issues and provide a quote. Everything was well explained, and all my questions answered.

He also performed the work - three radiator valves and two vents. My home was left SPOTLESS upon completion. Aside from the new parts and the units being correctly pitched, you couldn't tell anyone was there.

John Love (the plumber and owner) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We found him on Google bc of his good reviews- decided to give him a try- the reviews are accurate! John showed up on time, communication was clear throughout the process and he immediately found the old rotting pipe within the ceiling of our basement- it was very apparent he has a lot of experience working with older homes just like our 1916 Bungalow. He did a thorough job, kept the basement and work area spotless, even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with his job. We will definitely be using Love’s Plumbing again for our plumbing needs! Very fair pricing and up front about everything

We had a totally collapsed catch basin by our patio, so Chuck at APEX came out and looked at it. They had rebuilt it in two days, even though it was raining hard the first day. I highly recommend APEX, and they they left the worksite spotless.

Before working with him we received a few different quotes and when we had a free consultation with him, we felt he seemed the most knowledgeable and communicative with what work needed to be done to receive the best results. We were installing plumbing for a bathroom and they did a great job. They were very thorough and organized and completely cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. Outstanding! First time we encountered a clogged sewage or sewer. We called the company and in an hour Daniel came. Did a good job, He did not stop until He fixed the problem. We found out a lot of root trees in our pipes causing the clogged. Almost 2 hours working on it. I salute Him! Very hard working person. Thank you so much for all you've done.
