I had a nasty leak under my kitchen sink and Bruce (2930) from Roto Rooter helped to not only fix the leak, but also replaced my newly purchased kitchen faucet. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct from the repair process all the way to the payment details. He was very polite and communicated everything he was doing to resolve my issues. Because it was such a simple fix he also helped reduce the cost. Roto Rooter should be very proud to have someone as courteous and helpful as Bruce. I would recommend him to my friends and family! I almost forgot to mention - this was all on a Saturday, and if you are like me you know how difficult it is to have someone come out on a Saturday and not be charged Emergency rates. Called All Star Plumbing & Sewer the morning after Thanksgiving to take a look at our sump pump that was misbehaving. Set-up an appointment for the next day. Mike came and replaced our pump and hydro jetted our main sewer line to the street as it was also blocked. He even solved a problem with our laundry sink that I assumed was just the nature of the sink. Was given options and prices for what could be done along the way and Mike explained what was happening throughout. Easy and friendly to work with. Hope I don't need a plumber again in the near future but if I do I will not hesitate to call them again.
